It is located in the middle of the village, at the height of the square - about 2 minutes walk - where there is a supermarket, kiosk and some bars, in a quiet area at night. The apartment has plenty of light and has a large patio/terrace where you can eat outdoors, relax and children can play. There is a double bed, a bunk bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the dining room. Amazing views of the bay of Banyuls, the 3* classified apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, on the 1st level of our main residence. Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Very nice renovated apartment facing the sea of 55 m2 and a Spanish courtyard of 40 m2, offering panoramic views of the sea where you can see beautiful sunrises, 2 bedrooms, private parking. The place is on the beach side (quiet bay), it's perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Scuba diving enthusiasts will love it.
