Eva's apartment is great!!! It's beautiful, with character. Very well placed, clean, well equipped. Eva is adorable, accommodating! I would recommend it 300%.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. The apartment is very spacious, very well decorated and is well located in a neighborhood very close to the city center and quiet. We arrived very easily with clear instructions from the host. We had a pleasant 3-day stay. Recommended.

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

Very good stay with Camille. The apartment is very beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including the crib and high chair). The street and building are quiet, and communication with Camille was very smooth. We would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Great location and the place was very clean.

Very well located accommodation for walking around. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent sea view 🌊 it looks like a watercolor painting through the window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the children also loved it.

Very nice house, perfect for two! Great for vacation with dog, the garden is very well fenced. The hot tub is great and certainly a highlight! Really nicer than the pictures! Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), roof terrace upstairs, terrace with hot tub downstairs, washer and dryer, bicycles, a parking space, close to the sea and quiet! Also really nice is a basket with dog blankets and bowls.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Marina's house is charming. It feels good as soon as you settle in because it is warm: a little cocoon. The environment is nice and quiet. The house is ideally located 150 meters from the sea. we were hosted very well. I would this property.

We have annoteert our stay in this amazing house! All possible items were present in the house to enable a great Family Holiday! We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only trouble was locating it, there were no pictures of the outside and building did not look like a private residence. The check in instructions were on the app so I didn’t know to look for an additional email. But some came right out to assist us

Beautiful views, easy check in, lovely clean and well equipped room. Meeting the rescued ducks a particular highlight for the children! Would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating if possible.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Very nice studio for a weekend or vacation. It is very well equipped and very clean. Its location is ideal, we are in a quiet area while having all amenities nearby. We can do everything on foot, which is lovely. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real treat. Isabelle is a very thoughtful and kind host. She was able to make us beautiful recommendations to make our stay go smoothly.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
