My husband and I had to unexpectedly find a last minute place to stay after having issues with our hotel. Ronnie and Marlo responded quickly to our reservation request, despite it being almost 11pm. We are grateful for their quick response. They hosted us and our 2 dogs in this very cute and clean home that had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay! It was easy to locate, the location is right in the middle of everything, close to beach, plenty to do if you leave the house or stay. The car port was nice for when it was raining. Pool was great! The pool has higher level sides, so it made it easier to not worry about little ones in the pool in the deeper end. * WITH SUPERVISION * ! The house was very clean, and spacious. The lights outside were cute, we did use to grill with no problems! We were able to feel at home away from home. There is a train in the back yard basically, only goes by a couple times nothing to worry about. The host had great communication, I was so pleased I never checked the app to see if kept checking on us. Which was very welcoming! (I apologize for not replying lol). Overall I would 100% recommend and return to stay again. Thank you for having us 💕

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a light and bright atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The welcoming feeling of the space is truly exceptional. The open floor plan is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, allowing for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Each room is generously sized, providing ample space to unwind after a day of exploring. The amenities are top-notch, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One standout aspect of this experience was the exceptional communication skills of the host. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met and providing valuable local tips to enhance my stay. With close proximity to The Estate on the Halifax it’s the perfect place to stay for any events or weddings.

This is our second stay on this property - and again, it did not disappoint. A family of 6 plus our Great Dane - and we had so much space for everyone! The pool is just the right size for some lazy day fun. We used the grill, the fire pit and even walked around the neighborhood and it was wonderful. This location is perfect to everything - shopping, dining and the beach! Very safe neighborhood. Extremely clean home with beautiful up-to-date amenities. Host is immediately responsive with any questions or issues that may come up (we couldn't get the door lock open at first - user error). Very pleasant!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.

Natalie’s home was the perfect vacation spot for our family. It’s tucked away in a super quiet, secluded area, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Our toddler especially loved swimming and had a blast on the swings and slide in the yard. Another plus was the location, we were just a short drive from both Kelly Rock Springs and Wekiwa Springs, which made planning our days really easy. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Natalie, for such a great stay!

My son and I stayed in the house during Rockville festival it was a great place to get away from all the crowds, the pool was refreshing after baking in the sun all day.

My family really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to use the neighborhood pool which was wonderful. Upon arrival the hosts left us a nice tray of snacks and water. It was decorated simply but pretty, the beds were very comfortable. Lots of seating for meals. Even toiletries in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Was happy with the stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was peaceful and had nice neighbors as well. If you like the Waffle House, it is in walking distance from the house at the end of the street around the corner, just in case you get hungry late at night! Nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!
