Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

A bright holiday home located in the centre of the old town, a few steps from the sea and close to Piazza Unità d'Italia. The house, furnished with designer furniture and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, is an open space recently renovated. It is located on the second floor of an historic building in the Cavana district, the old town, or the vital centre of Trieste. Nearby the bus stop and the Maritime station from which boats leave for Muggia, Sistiana and Miramare.

La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

The apartment, recently renovated (April 2023) and located in the center of Trieste (less than 10 minutes on foot from Piazza Unità), has been designed to welcome guests in a modern and relaxing environment, where they can feel immediately at home! Our bright apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near the sea, close to San Giusto castle and piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it.
