Our apartment is 90m2 and is located in the Guinardo neighborhood, which corresponds to the upper area of Barcelona, so you will find some climbs as it is in a mountainous area, but in return it is a very quiet area, it is well connected by buses and metro 10 minutes from downtown, the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. It is very bright, south-facing, we have a very quiet balcony overlooking the community area with a swimming pool, available at any time to take a bath.

Places of interest: The room is a 30-minute walk from Camp Nou and 40 minutes from Montjüic. Just 10 minutes to Plaza Espanya by bus. Gran Via 2 Shopping Center 500m away, Europa Fira is a 15-minute walk, markets, pharmacy and bars. You'll love my place because of its location, atmosphere, and proximity to public transportation (only 400 meters to the metro and 200 meters to bus stops).
