Beautiful place. Very Clean. We really enjoyed the pool and was in walking distance to beach.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. Sergio was great, the place needs different couch and chair, directions for fans and lights, garbage disposal is broken, never did figure out how to reset temperature on refrigerator to keep items from freezing.

I had a fantastic stay at this house in South Padre! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in South Padre. Highly recommend!

Our family of four had a great time staying here! The space was perfect - nicely laid out and very clean with thoughtful touches (beach chairs, toys, extra sunblock). It is a short walk to two beach access points, as well as a gas station and restaurants. The pool was perfect after spending a day at the beach - very private and also was nicely shaded for when we had enough sun but still wanted to enjoy the outside. Thank you for hosting us - it was one of our favorite stays on SPI

Had a great time staying at this airbnb. Beautiful kitchen, wheelchair accessible with a ramp for the upstairs. And dog friendly! Great pools in the neighborhood indoor and outdoor with hot tubs. Easy check in process. Great to go into SPI! Highly recommend.

Sonya’s place is fantastic and she is a responsive host. We felt right at home with her beautiful furnishings and amazing pool area. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out or to cook together and play games. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Our 4 day stay was perfect. We had a last minute dad trip with my 2 daughters, and the booking and check in process was very easy and fast. Beautiful beach view, very close to the beach and allowed us to go to the beach and back to the condo with ease . The living room was really nice for movie nights and the sound system made our scary movies even better . All in all it was perfect for us 3 and we will definitely be back on our next trip to south padre island 🙌🏽

I had an amazing time at Lee Ann’s place. It had beautiful views of the beach, was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in and check out were a breeze, and there was great communication throughout. Would definitely book again! 😁

We had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The property was large, beautiful, and very peaceful — exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of fishing, which everyone in our group enjoyed, and seeing the alligators was an added bonus. They kept to themselves and didn’t bother us at all, just part of the natural charm of the area. The owners were fantastic — every time we reached out, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Erika was an excellent host, friendly and proactive. The house location is great, convenient, and quiet. The added amenities were a great touch and we constantly felt relaxed. I would highly recommend staying here! Next time we’re in Brownsville we’ll be looking to stay here again!

Place was great and very clean

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Linda has a great place and is a super host. She responds in a very timely manner. We enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend Linda’s place. Hope to stay again soon.

Lovely, clean condo overlooking the beach. Tons of amenities. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We loved our stay and hopefully will have the opportunity to book again. The only con I would say is that the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator so it was a light “workout” carrying our luggage and groceries up. Once settled in though, we were good to go. I definitely recommend this place for your next SPI visit.
