Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Port de Pollença

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you are looking to stay in Pollença old town then this apartment is ideal. A few seconds from the Placa Major with the added bonus of the terrace which gets sun most of the day and the plunge pool. The attic apartment is a nice balance of traditional and modern. The rest of the apartment is more typical Spanish townhouse. The parking spot is useful given parking can be tricky in town and is easy to access from the main road although note the space is best suited to a small /medium car. A stress free experience with Martina on call for any questions.

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Hübsche Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Grosses Bad, gute Dusche, praktische Ausstattung (wir haben viel Sport betrieben und waren froh, um die Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit die Kleider zu trocknen). Die Küche ist sehr klein, grosses Menus kann man hier nicht machen aber fürs wichtigste hats gereicht. All in all sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war hell, gut aufgeteilt und vor allem sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und 2-3 gute Lokale in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls sehr gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima hat die Hitze in der Nacht um einiges aushaltbarer gemacht. Einziges Manko waren die Gelsen. Also für einen nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Vi havde et super godt ophold i Marias lejlighed, der er i moderne stil, og som matcher billederne. Lejligheden indeholder masser af gode og nyttige ting, der er med til at gøre opholdet nemt. Kommunikationen med Maria var altid god, og hun svarede hurtigt. Lejligheden er beliggende meget tæt på restauranter, stranden og indkøb og er let at finde frem til.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Het huis is prachtig en alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt zijn er. Bij aankomst was er heel attend wat boodschappen neergezet zodat je niet gelijk naar de winkel moest. Het huis is met veel aandacht ingericht op elk hoekje vind je bijzondere accessoires, meubels of kunst. Het was heel leuk om dat allemaal te ontdekken! De host is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert gelijk. We zullen zeker terug komen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Andrea. Das Grundstück liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der Insel und ist dennoch schnell von dem Flughafen/Palma zu erreichen. Das Haus ist atemberaubend – hervorragend ausgestattet, charmant, gemütlich und sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön, gepflegt (und hat einen tollen Ausblick!). Andrea war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben, immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und war stets hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Marti’s home is fabulous - located in a quiet area and it is so well equipped .Their home is beautifully decorated with beautiful original paintings. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and towels are of very high quality. We were able to use the kayak which was great. We highly recommend this stay.

we had a wonderful time in Pollenca and enjoyed Margaritas house, very quiet at night, great facilities, loved the outdoor area and appreciated the aircon during the day and at night. The house is very homely and comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The food and service at all the restaurants was very good. Great host, friendly and helpful.

Wir haben in Filips Künstlerhaus super wohl gefühlt. Es war für uns eine ganz besondere Zeit in so einem schönen Haus zu wohnen. Filip war sehr aufmerksam und hat immer umgehend geantwortet. Für Sa Pobla ist ein Mietwagen notwendig, damit man die schöne Umgebung erkunden kann.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Die Unterkunft von Eva ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung wirkt hell und freundlich und alles ist akkurat aufgeräumt. Die Betten waren bequem und wir konnten gut darin schlafen. Ein Babybett sowie einen Hochstuhl hat Eva uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Equipment in der Küche war ausreichend vorhanden. Toll fanden unsere Kinder die Badewanne im Bad. Wir fanden es zudem gut, dass beide Bäder Tageslichtbäder waren und somit mit Frischluft mit geöffnetem Fenster gelüftet werden konnten. Anfragen unsererseits ist Eva direkt und schnell angegangen. Wir haben insgesamt zwei schöne Wochen in Port de Pollenca in Evas Unterkunft verbracht.

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

A lovely spacious apartment in a perfect location, right in the centre of Pollensa. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses etc. we stayed for 18 days and the cleaners popped in twice to change bedding etc, which was a bonus! Bathrooms are a little tired, but functional. Didn’t hear any noise from below, but the hotel next door was noisy at breakfast time. We had an issue with the coffee machine and Carlos was very quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft. Wohnung hat alles, was man für zwei Wochen Workation braucht. Das Meer, der Strand und einige Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Meine Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, um seine Sachen zu verstauen (Schränke) und sie hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Alles war sauber. Badetücher wurden alle paar Tage gewechselt.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Everything in the apartment was perfect, really clean and all the amenities you would ever need. A welcome drink upon arrival was most appreciated. Maria was very responsive when contacted and everything went very smoothly. Great information and recommendations provided. The Roof top terrace was great to sit on in the evening and catch the last of the sunshine. We would definitely love to return here. Thank you Maria
