first impression was woow!! Such a cutie little place. very clean. They supplied everything we needed and much more. 10/10 Absolutely perfect stay and will be saving this spot for future trips.

This condo was just what we needed to unwind at the beach! The view is unparalleled and having a washer and dryer was a game-changer with kids on the trip. Would highly recommend this property!

We go away once a year and always try to find a beachfront property with a balcony view. This unit was exceptional, very spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! It’s also a “launch look out”, and we were lucky to catch a launch the first night we stayed! It took off right over the condo towards the ocean. The kids were so excited! The pool was heated and clean, kids played in it for hours as the wind was a little too strong for enjoying the beach. The hot tub was set at about 104 and was large. The other people there were so friendly and recommended great places to take the kids. Mini golf, Mexican restaurants, shopping, and ice cream shops all within a few city blocks. Golf and Gator was a blast! The kids got a photo holding a baby gator. The host was so friendly and responsive. No complaints. Everything was fantastic. No surprises, everything squeaky clean. My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

Escape the Cape was the perfect space for my needs! Scott and Katie were outstanding hosts and very flexible with my changing schedule. Thank you again!

The condo was so nice! We greatly enjoyed our time there and loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. The property and building grounds were very well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. We saw two space launches from the beach during our stay, and I think they had a couple more that we missed. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet, but within a short driving distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We traveled to Orlando and Daytona Beach, which were both only about an hour away. Our host Michelle was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

The view from the balcony was perfect. From the views of the river, the nature park, the cruise boats in the harbor to the night rocket launch were spectacular.

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was just a short walk from our room to the beach, which was not at all crowded. We were able to see one rocket launch from balcony in the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect and everything was clean and well stocked. They even had a lot of beach toys and chairs. ❤️

I absolutely loved this condo! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning views and just steps away from great local bars, restaurants, and more. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was extremely accommodating to all our requests and very flexible, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for both relaxation and enjoying the local vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)

Really nice place right on the beach. Easy parking, beach & pool access. Great amenities- washer/dryer, big soft towels, plenty of toiletries, comfy bed, and all the beach necessities. Didn’t feel “touristy” -very quiet place. Host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊

Beautiful condo right on the beach! I had a very relaxing week at this condo and was very pleased with Kay’s responsiveness! I lived the unit and it was wonderful to have beach access and get to use the pool and hot tub. Wonderful location!

This condo is a little older, but was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. The view from the balcony was excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The location is also very good. The owners checked with us while we were at the condo to make sure we did't need anything. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.
