The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

An outdoor terrace with a circular stone compass design provides ample space for relaxation. Six folding chairs and two lounge chairs are arranged under a shaded pergola, complemented by potted plants and colorful flowers. The area is surrounded by greenery, creating a serene environment.
