Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Port Austin

Shay was so welcoming to our group. She provided clear check-in instructions and what to expect prior to leaving. She was very responsive to messages and was very so helpful. The house itself was great and accommodating our large group. The back deck was wonderful to hang out on during the day and the bonfire closer to the water in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay over a weeks time. The house was the perfect location between Tawas and Oscoda for the activities we wanted to do. You truly have the up north Michigan vibe while here. Although the house was great there were a few things that over the time span of a week we noticed or wish were slightly improved. There are not curtains in all the bedrooms and with being on the sunrise side of the state it was very bright in those rooms very early. So sleeping was a bit difficult. The beds however were incredibly comfortable even if it’s a tight space of a double. The lack of true nightstands was a bit inconvenient as our whole party are glasses wearers so there wasn’t a spot bedside to put those. Lastly in the kitchen, there were many broken cooking utensils that were found and/or are in a major need or replacement such as very dull knives or ones that ever have broken tips. All basic needs were meet for our stay which is all we wanted.

Aaron and Samantha communicated very well with us! We enjoyed our stay in their cute two bedroom 1 bath house that looked right on the water! Beautiful area! We couldn’t figure out the front load washer and dryer settings though so unless you know those washers and dryers you might have trouble doing laundry. Other than that, neighbors are very night and it is quiet. We hope to stay here again next year for the holiday weekend

Renee was extremely responsive in any questions we had for her. As we entered the home, we noticed how clean and updated the furnishings were even had homemade cookies on the table for us. I was with my two sisters and my two granddaughters who are 17 and 16 and the weather was not cooperative, but we had such a good time creating memories and shared some great laughs. And also the amenities that she had at the house were above and beyond many homes

We had a wonderful weekend at Denise's place to spend time on the lake with my Dad for Fathers Day. Denise thought of all the little details, including leaving bottled water, flavored creamers, lots of spices, snacks and even a special treat for the dog. The home was very clean and exactly as described. The use of kayaks/paddle boards was very nice, so we could go out on the lake. Denise and her husband live next door and were very welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

Nice home, a lot of character. I was in Pigeon for work and found it to be quiet at night and I was able to get a great nights sleep for work.

Great place for our family vacation with a 5+ star recommendation, it’s exactly as described online. My first impression was crisp, very clean, with a cozy comfortable feel. Coffee on the deck in the peaceful calm of the morning, watching the sunrise while birds are chirping and the smiles/waves from the fishermen as they troll through the canal to the lake. It was awesome being a couple minutes bike ride to downtown where we explored multiple shops, boutiques, specialty coffee shops and the farmers market on Sat. morning. The private beach and beautiful sunsets over Lake Huron was such a bonus. We finished the day with a night cap at Caseville’s night life complete with live outdoor music. Thank you Morgan for being an exceptional host. Your prompt response is appreciated, you really did think of everything, the house is well equipped and your detailed instructions/recommendations made our stay run smooth. Great Beach House! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The surroundings are beautiful. We watched the sunrise over the lake every morning and enjoyed the patio and fire pit each evening. We enjoyed the early morning wildlife-bald eagle, deer in the lake, a multitude of different birds, and enjoyed watching and looking up thw freighters as they passed. The lake was supeisingly warm even when thw temperature outside was only in the 60's. Definitely bring water shoes! Port Austin was a short drive North where they hold an amazing Farmer's market on Saturday.

We had a great stay. The charming home is ideally situated extremely close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go within 5-10 minutes. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom is massive. Chris even added a nice welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Frankenmuth.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Wonderful stay in downtown Frankenmuth. Everything was exactly as expected, Bry Was a wonderful host. Would absolutely recommend, fantastic location, close to everything!

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable. I would like to get back in late spring or summer, the walk to the beach would be awesome.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Not too big, not too small. Lindsay's place was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We felt cozy and at home, perfect for resting between busy days. The beach is quite a walk but the hand drawn maps help to find the way!

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Me and my girls had a fantastic time. The rooms were nice and the view was too die for. Well be coming back!

This Airbnb was PERFECT! We came for a bachelorette get together and stayed for the weekend, we had 8 people which Lane was very accommodating and allowed us to bring an air mattress for our extra people! The location is pristine as it was right across the street from an amazing restaurant (Beachy’s), the farmers market (Saturday morning), lots of stores to shop around, and right next to the liquor store! We didn’t have to drive a single place which made the trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very large and super clean! The bathrooms were both extremely spacious, absolutely gorgeous and stocked with soap! We will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caseville!

My granddaughter(4 years old) and I took a weekend just to lay around and visit some local beaches. The place was so comfortable, it really did feel like home. I wish I could buy a place just like this one. Melanie was easy to contact if needed. However everything was just as explained on the page and through the reservation. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS!!!!!

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

It is not often you get to say this, but the photos for this rental do not do it justice. You walk in and the place looks like it belongs in House & Home Magazine. The furniture, art, carpet and linens are all top of the line and you can tell the hosts did not hold back in delivering a five star resort like vibe. Highly recommend for longer stays as the unit has all the comforts of home. Nothing worse than running to the store to get things like cookware, can openers etc… if had an air fryer to reheat leftovers. All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush.

My stay at the Abode was perfect! Would definitely recommend to others and will likely be back in the future! Paula was a great host and made our stay relaxing and easy.
