Casa By he Sea was exactly as Yvonne described. Easily walkable to the beach, the private pool was very clean and well kept, with plenty of chairs for poolside lounging. Even though the weather created some internet outages, Yvonne was quick to respond with solutions. Plentiful parking for each unit, and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only items I did not like was the small size of the kitchen sink (no dishwasher, so dishes had to be hand washed), and the stovetop burners were a little challenging. But overall our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The place is spacious with great amenities. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Surprised to find beach towels available, as well as plenty of gear to take to the beach. The kayaks were great! A bit of a trip to get them from garage to water, requiring 2 people, so be prepared and take your time maneuvering. Fabulous location! The canal is pleasant, with a constant breeze on the deck to help keep the mosquitoes away. Our kids even jumped in! One note: we’d suggest water shoes to climb the dock ladder. It had some barnacles. Beaches are about 5-7 minutes away. Shops and restaurants all around. About 1/4 mile away across the canal was a venue with live music on the weekend. The band could be heard from the dock and was pretty good! Not loud enough to hear inside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home is beautiful. Other reviews did not like the downstairs mattresses but we found it very comfortable. Home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only negative we had was WiFi was not working during our reservation but the vasa team worked with us for a resolution.

The place was great my kids really enjoyed the pool. The only thing we really had to do was buy paper towels, toilet paper, towels and wash clothes to get us threw the 3 nights we were there. Would love to stay there again.

Place was clean and perfect for our family. Enjoyed the games provided and the location has a nice pool, also very close to the beach.

When it says well stocked it was well stocked! Kitchen had anything you could dream of. Lots of paper goods, coffees, teas, creamers, condiments. Everything was organized and neatly labeled. Even had free sunglasses and tar remover. Bathrooms were the same. Anything you could possibly need organized and labeled. Lots of towels. Really loved the downstairs fridge. Didn’t have to lug things for beach upstairs to keep cold. There was anything you could possibly need for beach including a pop up. Unfortunately we lugged everything from home so hopefully you read this before you pack😎 Beautiful pool, although we were too worn out from beach to use it. Best place we have stayed in last 7 years. ❤️

My family and myself loved staying at Kenneth's family airbnb! They were very responsive when we asked questions and they always told us to enjoy ourselves and have fun! They had everything we needed for our trip even if we forgot something. One of the best places we've stayed hands down!!

Perfect spot for our family vacation with 2 young kids! Easy drive to the beach, perfect location for the pool and playground, house was super clean and quiet. We were very happy with everything about this stay!

The house was so amazing! Our family loved all the space! Loved how close we were to the beach and how close we were to all the restaurants around. Very very clean and had all of the necessities. Definitely staying here next time we come down here! Host was very helpful and responsive.

Had a wonderful time at the town home. My son and my nephew and my best friend loved the place. It was very comfortable and we felt like we were home. The back deck was amazing and if we didn't have a lot to do we would have used it for fishing and more but we were just to tired. We do hope to return and use the deck next time. Thank you Vicky for everything and letting us enjoy ur place.

Great place! Several touches that made a difference for our youngest (pack n play, baby gate for stairs). House was clean, Cortney was very responsive for a couple questions, and location is great to get to the beach or enjoy the pool.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Perfect location close to the beach and our children loved the pool! Tracy was an amazing host and helped late at night with an issue that was quickly resolved. Great place to stay if you want to be right by the beach!

Could not asked for a better place to stay. Very helpful with anything and everything we needed. They make you feel like you have been friends and you definitely want to come back. Amazing spot, great amenities, super close to everything you need. Would 100% recommend to my Friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We needed four separate bedrooms with a bathroom for each bedroom. The last bedroom didn’t have an en-suite bathroom but it still worked out ok since the bathroom was on the third floor with the bedroom and there’s not anything else upstairs but the bedroom and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Rhonda was a great host always quick to reply. I needed a space that my daughter and I could be comfortable in for 2 weeks following a knee surgery. This place was ideal, parking only steps from the front door and close to the pool but not to close that you had all the noise to deal with. Also it was decorated so cute not to mention how comfy the beds were with all the fresh white linens. Although we had to drive into town every day for P.T. it was an easy drive. Grocery store less than a mile away and many restaurants near by. Thanks again for sharing your great home and your great since of style.

Beach was nearby and walkable. Ample space for 5 adults and 5 children from teen to toddler. Had an outside area to wash sand off that came in handy. Host was thoughtful and pleasant. We received quick communication whenever we needed information. We all had a great time!

Was a wonderful host, always made sure I was fully accommodated and was flexible with my arrival. Couldn't ask for more! Hope to rent again when back in town.

I was very pleased with our stay. Shanan was very helpful and responsive with our needs. She was very helpful on helping us with the hot tub and pool. She was gracious enough to refund the pool heating fee because of the weather challenges. I will definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Mark and Diane’s place! The house was super clean, comfy, and exactly as described (maybe even better in person). It had everything we needed and felt really welcoming from the start. Mark and Diane were easy to communicate with and made sure we had a smooth check-in and all the info we needed. You can tell they care about their guests. The location was perfect for us—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome and very large place! The layout of rooms worked perfectly for our family. The pool was directly on the other side of the lower level room. Lots of beach toys and chairs - sooo very convenient. Every room had a tv - very nice. Only mentions just as an fyi- the garage was veeeeery tight for a XL suv like we had. There were no shampoo or conditioners or body washes - that’s something I’m used to with other airbnbs but it was my fault for not looking for it in the amenities. Incredible location and beautiful property - will absolutely be coming back!

The directions sent us to the neighboring house, but Rolando was very quick to help us. The hot water was minimal especially in the master bathroom but other than that it was a super cute stay! Very beachy vibes, clean, & well taken care of! Comfy beds and great living room area to relax after the beach!
