Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.

This spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from the upstairs unit with its own private entrance in the back of the house. It has all new appliances and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery and big box stores, several sit down eateries, and many fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway but can reserve the full driveway for a fee.

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
