Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pope County

This was my second stay at The Dragonfly. I was hooked after my first stay a couple years ago. Great location near downtown. Marian is always quick to respond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Cougar’s Den was a delight! Absolutely adorable in the decor which made it feel cozy & inviting! Immaculately clean! Quiet! All the details were in order! A sweet retreat!

What a beautiful space! We had a great stay. The kids got to fish, the doggie got to swim and we all played bags. This was the perfect location for our summer kick off. We hiked Mil Branch Trail and Gardens of the gods. The drive to both weren't terrible from the cabin. We'd definitely stay again.

I was traveling cross country with my dog, and stayed in Jeana's place for one night. Jeana's place was roomy and comfortable, with everything one would need while traveling. I particularly appreciated the fenced back yard for my dog, and the quiet neighborhood. Jeana was a responsive host and provided helpful information. If you find yourself heading to or through Paducah, Jeana's place is a great option.

Nice, comfy little spot for one or a couple. Nice neighborhood and easy to walk to downtown shops and restaurants.

This is our second visit to this beautiful house in Paducah and we will stay again. The house is perfectly located near downtown and all the cute stuff to do in Paducah. The neighborhood is peaceful and the hosts are super friendly and responsive. The house is quaint and comfortable. This is a perfect find! We truly enjoyed our second stay.

We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s and this was our favorite. We will be back. Furnished as well as our own house. Couldn’t have been happier. Abundant wildlife deer, rabbits, raccoon, pond with fish (can watch them from the deck). If you stay here you won’t be disappointed. Met Vernon, Carols husband, super nice and very interesting, would have liked to have had time to have a cup of coffee and talked with longer. Hosts did not bother us at all. I can’t say enough good things about them or the lodge.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We felt right at home. The decor was beautiful and cozy. Lots of soft cozy blankets and pillows to snuggle up with. The tub was an added bonus. We definitely made use of the expansive kitchen space. It was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The fire pit was also a nice touch. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants/pubs within walking distance…and the farmers market as well. We hope to stay there again in the future. 5+ stars!!!!

loved our stay in this chic apartment! very fittingly decorated for the artsy part of town. appreciated the mini fridge and bottled water/snacks. easily walkable and safe to downtown Paducah, and the coffee shop next door was a nice morning treat. wonderful stay, would definitely come back.

This was a great place to stay. It’s located in a peaceful, safe area. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a few cool things to see. I really enjoyed the architecture of the building—plenty of space to move about! Everything is well-kept and clean—very nice. Would stay here again!

Ashley was everything a great host should be. Very friendly and was available anytime we had a question. The condo is top notch, well decorated, good size and just steps away from all that is happening on the square such as shops, food or whatever you need. You won’t need a car to get around town. We will be back again for sure.

I was surprised at just how big the space actually was. For an upstairs unit, it felt like a whole house. The hot tub was AMAZING! You can hear noises and people around you pretty easily, but it didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the stay 💕💕

Allyson and Pat are great hosts and we had an amazing stay! We stayed here during Quilt Week and it was so close to the convention center. It was spotless when we arrived and the area is so fun and great to walk around. I highly recommend!

Jenni prepared a clean and satisfactory environment. I was able to relax and enjoy myself. She was prompt when getting back with me anytime I messaged her. I would definitely return for a getaway and would suggest her space for anyone looking for an affordable Airbnb.

Stellar! Clean up to date comfortable spacious apartment. Extremely quiet building and neighborhood, beautiful yard, nice porch and very walkable to downtown. Highly recommended!

Kate’s place was exactly as pictured and described. The space was beautiful, and I even picked up design ideas that I’m taking home with me. It was a short walk to Freight House, where we were having dinner. We also stopped at Johnson Bar which was so cute and nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the king bed (without our needy pets!) and the coffee station in the morning. We would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Paducah!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location in this wonderful and special small town. Beautifully decorated, extremely plush and plentiful towels. We particularly appreciated the extra touches including snacks and beverages. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and complete. We loved this place.

Sharon was a great host with good communication up front. We loved her spot in downtown Paducah, choosing it for how walkable it was with the cute shops and restaurants nearby. The spot was super clean and very comfortable and cozy. Great view of the river out her windows too. It was a 5 star stay! Our only complaint was the WiFi which was very slow and made watching a game impossible one night. Beyond that, the amenities were well thought out and there were even snacks on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked and would have been easy to use if we hadn’t planned on primarily eating at the local restaurants. We came to town to eat at Freight House. It did NOT disappoint. This was a great spot to stay just a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the local bakery and coffee shop just around the corner in the mornings and were right across the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. Thanks for hosting us Sharon!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Paducah and the condo were such a pleasant surprise! Had an amazing time and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo is so well stocked and very comfortable. Just amazing!

Great place, very clean. Right in downtown, convenient to everything. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a great visit and lived everything about the space. It was so artsy and comfy. Walking distance to dine great food, farmers market and the river. We can't wait to stay here again!

This is a fabulous place! Very spacious, very comfortable (both the bed and the couch). The kitchen had everything I needed, and the home is on a quiet street. It is so easy to walk to the old town area and the art neighborhood. I had an event at the convention center which was only about 4 blocks away. This was a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely consider it again on my next visit to Paducah. Mason was incredibly responsive to any question I had. I highly recommend this place.
