The studio is located on an easily accessible road, near the Port of Paranaguá, 3 minutes from the city center, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, Municipal Market, Rua da Praia (exits to Ilha do Mel and many others), cathedral, aquarium, museum, Santuário do Rocio. The building is new and has an automated security system, with a covered individual garage, a residential area, and is very well equipped!

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.

A serene outdoor space features a shimmering pool bordered by tiled decking, alongside well-maintained greenery, including palm and ornamental trees. Open space is available for recreational activities, while the driveway offers access to the property, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
