Vacation rentals with a patio in Ponta Verde

The apartment is very clean and well-prepared! The location is very good, close to everything and has a nice view from the 11th floor. We loved the building, it seems very safe, the facilities are well-kept and new. It will surely continue to maintain the 5 points for a long time!

New building, with good structure, on the roof has a swimming pool with beautiful sea view. Near several restaurants, close to the beach. We did everything on foot or Uber. I recommend it. We were 1 couple. Very helpful and friendly reception

The accommodation was excellent, we had two children and we felt at home. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it was clean, organized, decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in front of Pajuçara beach, with easy access to restaurants, markets, craft fair and tourist spots. The host was attentive, helpful, responded quickly and left clear instructions. We will definitely go back and recommend too much.

Even with rotating guests, I felt that there was security and attention to the building's rules. Comfort and cleaning The studio is well-equipped: functional kitchen, equipped suite, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Location & infrastructure Close to dining, markets and transportation, with easy access and just minutes from the region's most famous beaches. The building itself offers good common areas and elevators.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, organized and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, which made our days even more special. Fernando and Rayane were always very attentive, and always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back soon!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

Great accommodation for those who are going to visit Praia do Francês. All clean, the appliances in full operation, comfortable furniture and quiet condominium. Adeilson, the host, super solicitous to questions, responded quickly and politely. As for the location, it's even better! Near pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, going anywhere walking. In addition, super close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk. It was worth the stay!

The accommodation corresponded to all that was described, was clean and organized. It has everything for a stay with independence for those who prefer to cook at home one day or another. As it was my first time in the city, I thought it would be possible to walk to the center of the French beach, which despite being close, to walk would be a good walk (I believe 20 minutes). However, by car is basically 5min... which I found quiet. jamerson was an excellent host, agile to answer and answer questions! I'll be back soon!

We love the apartment and the perfect location is. You could do everything on foot and we didn't use the car at all. The apartment is exactly as advertised.
