Our stay was perfect—better than we expected. The apartment was spacious, cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, offering a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The complex has a swimming pool and a small shop, both major advantages. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, and even beach towels, which was a nice surprise. We stayed as a group of three adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Each room had air conditioning for added comfort. The balcony, shaded in the morning, was perfect for breakfast or evening relaxation. Though some trees partially blocked the sea view, it was still lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. Bulgaria may not be my top destination, but I would definitely return to this apartment.

Perfect location just a few minutes walking from the centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a house (separate entrance, can be seen on photos) located on a quiet street. Everything needed as amenities can be found, the place was perfectly clean, smelled amazing. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, stylish modern furniture and decorations. Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. We recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is located, where the best beaches are. The experience of the trip was the best.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
