I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

Tararat's place was amazing, I'm so pleased I found it. It was the perfect size for me as a single person. Everything about it was great- perfectly clean, towels included, quiet building, 24 hour guard for safety. Fridge and mircrowave. Tararat is the perfect host: so quick with communications and understanding- she even let me stay an extra night at short notice because I made a mistake on my booking. The photos of the apparetment don't do it justice, it's actually a really beautiful appartment block. Loads of handy things were included in the appartment such as a hair dryer, iron and board and huge closet space with coat hangers. The AC was perfect and kept me so comfortable the entire time. The internet speed is also excellent. If I had to be picky the only thing I could suggest is that the TV could be fitted with a firestick so guests could watch netflix etc but it's such a minor note! I loved this place and it's location is excellent. STAY HERE! you won't regret it.

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. Not many other tourists around. My friends and I absolutely loved exploring the local markets and trying all the street food in the area. The space was super clean, and so much bigger than we anticipated! The kitchen had everything we needed for a long weekend. Gab is a wonderful host, and is always so quick to respond! 10000/10 experience. We hope to stay here again!

The two ladies at the building reception were absolutely accommodating. The place itself is spacious and secured. It would have been better if the bed frame doesn’t easily move because of the wheels, but not a major cause of concern. Overall, I had a great experience.

Chonny's place is very nice, clean, specious, near BTS station. Chonny was very nice, active with informations and very respoensful. Definitely we will come back next time. I recommend Chonny's place.

I had a great stay at Diow’s apartment. The place is very tidy and exceptionally clean. I really liked the apartment and the furniture—everything is thoughtfully arranged, combining elegance with functionality. Diow clearly pays attention to detail, making sure every space is well-utilized and inviting. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. The area is lively and full of shops and stores, making it convenient for daily needs. There’s also a nearby subway station, which adds to the accessibility, even though I didn’t personally use it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay!

Large and well-furnished apartment in the central area of Bangkok. The host has always been available for any questions. Water and snacks available for the duration of your stay! I can only absolutely recommend this apartment!

Such good condominium we booked, it is the best one amomg the total four condominiums we booked for this Thailand journey. We are very satisfy and enjoy living here. Also we appreciate the kindly service from the room owner and his butler, one nice lady.

I really like Jane's apartment! The indoor environment is beautiful, with very good interior decoration, and it is comfortable with air conditioning and air purifier. The indoor independent washing machine with drying function is very convenient, which is really needed in the summer in Thailand. The daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are sufficient and easy to get. The location of the apartment is quite good, where is not far from Emsphere shopping mall.

Stayed for 5 nights, perfect for a group. 2 toilets and very beautiful and spacious apartment . The facility had a gym and a sky infinity pool as well which made lazy days enjoyable. In terms of convenience, it is a 200m walk away from the train station which got us to many places throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again.

Really nice place, beautiful apartment. Just a short walk to the main street where you can catch a cab. Also very nice bathtub.

The location was so nice because it was close to Asok Station, and the house was clean, so I didn't see a single bug. The swimming pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!
