we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay — perfect for a young family. The shallow paddling area in the pool was a real winner with young children, and being up in the hills made it feel cooler and calmer in late May. The place itself is much more modern than the photos suggest (as others have said), with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The hosts were great — welcoming, helpful, and spot-on with local tips (including the nearest supermarket). Kitchen had some tupperware, which was useful. Quiet, well set up, and full of thoughtful touches — easily five stars.

This house is a 10/10. we spend our first vacation as little family with our 6 month old daughter at Diana and Antonio’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing, peaceful and cozy house. The hosts created a place with so much attention and love for detail, every item, peace of furniture and decoration is picked thoughtfully and fits perfectly into the aesthetic of the old stone house and it’s beautiful Olive Garden surroundings. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure we didn’t go hungry on the day of our arrival, prepared a freshly homecooked meal and even provided a food basked for us with all kinds of tasty local food and lots of fresh lemons, oranges and mandarins. The view from The pool is just stunning, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains while the lights of the little town pettineo start to light up. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back 💛

The villa is absolutely stunning — it feels like stepping into a movie. As lovers of peaceful places over busy touristy cities, we found this quiet seaside location to be perfect. The private access to the beach made it even more special. Starting the day with a swim in the sea and breakfast in the garden with views of the palm trees and beach was pure joy. We rented a car, which turned out to be a great decision — it was easy and enjoyable to drive to Cefalù once or twice a day for food, a walk, or just to soak in the lively atmosphere before returning to the calm of the villa. The road there is very scenic. It’s also a great base for a day trip to Palermo. Plus, there’s a lovely restaurant right next to the villa, or more options just a few minutes’ drive away. Matteo is a fantastic host — thoughtful, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough good things about Francesco and Susi and their stunning property. It was even better in person and the hosts are truly special people. This was the highlight of our trip, and we would highly recommend. Plenty of room and lots of amenities for our group of 6 adults. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Best place we've been in a long time, better than advertised and perfect in any way. Felt better than home

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft ist architektonisch einzigartig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – ein rundum stimmiges Konzept. Die Außenküche war ein echtes Highlight, der 12 m lange Infinity-Pool einfach fantastisch. Der Blick vom Pool auf die weite Hügellandschaft Siziliens ist unvergesslich. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – von einer perfekt eingerichteten Küche mit riesiger Gewürzauswahl bis hin zu Strandtüchern und Pool-Floaty war alles da. Die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Privatsphäre und Ruhe, die man hier genießen kann, machen den Aufenthalt besonders erholsam. Für uns war klar: Wir kommen wieder! Diese Unterkunft verdient mehr als fünf Sterne.
