The apartment was exactly what I was looking for, very cute. The apartment is on a very busy street which tends to get busy and loud on weekends but nothing we couldn’t handle . The surrounding areas were beautiful and walkable. The only thing wrong was the hot water . There were three of us and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes and had to wait about 1/2 an hour to get another 5 minutes of hot water . Other than that the place was perfect and loved the area . We used Uber to get around and it was perfect . I would definitely book this place again . Mariana was responsive. Loved La Condesa area!!

Elisa’s home is the perfect place to stay in Mexico City! Her place is in the best neighborhood, and is so close to everything you need. We loved having two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - it was perfect for the three of us. The beds are super comfy, and the fans were perfect for warm evenings. We really can’t say enough about how great this place is and how wonderful a host Elisa is! She answered all of our questions immediately, and we loved the keyless entry. It was super easy when we arrived, and made coming and going during our stay easy as well. If you’re looking for a place in Coyoacán, you should stay here!

Such a cute space in one of the better and walkable locations in polanco! Felt very safe with kids. All the amenities were very clean. Had oysters at la Docena which is a two minutes walk. Only thing that’s needed is mosquito net/ mesh for the doors and windows. We will stay here again. Absolutely lovely!

Best airbnb inhave stayed at Mexico city great location and beautiful view from mexico comity downtown from the 9th flor, love the elevator, best view you will find, huge windows, love the place, 2 full bathrooms, hot water cleanest towels , best restaurants around and in the same street Highly recommend this place

The worst first: hot water was v unreliable during our stay. In 6 days, we only ended up with 2 hot showers. While Mario and co were extremely responsive about this, the issue persisted. So if reliable hot water is a deal breaker for you, this probably isn't the right place for you to stay. Otherwise, the apartment was great! Extremely centrally located in a fun, safe, and bustling neighborhood, it was also somehow maybe the quietest airbnb I've ever stayed in, perfect for sensitive sleepers. The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless, as well as being beautifully decorated. I've never seen an airbnb so prepared for small children (crib, child locks, etc) or the mobility impaired (grab bar, seat in shower); while neither of these were relevant to my travel party, I was still impressed with the readiness. Mario and team were great to deal with and even recommended a wonderful, reasonably priced driver who we ended up working with extensively. I recommend!!

We loved our stay at Alex's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. It was full of light and a cool breeze during the day but also had blackout blinds when we needed it dark and calm. I really felt like they'd thought of everything: nice artwork, comfortable beds, beautiful houseplants, clear signs for everything we needed, filtered water, washer/dryer, even enough coffee and sugar to get us through the first several days. There were great restaurants in walking distance but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There was a binder with great local recommendations. We are pretty independent travelers and we were given total privacy. But when we did reach out, the responses were instantaneous. We asked about borrowing a card to ride the metro and it was at our door in minutes. Alex even reached out unprompted to offer us a late checkout because the cleaner wasn't going to come by until later in the day. Highly recommend.

Situated right next to the enchanting Chapultepec Park—where hummingbirds flitted among the trees and squirrels and little songbirds greeted us each morning—our stay was infused with nature’s gentle magic. Just a short, scenic stroll brought us to incredible local taco spots that quickly became our go-to meals. We also walked about 15 minutes to the cable buses, adding a fun and urban twist to our exploration. The three-story house exceeded every expectation—far better than the photos. With dependable Wi‑Fi and thoughtful, house‑like touches, it offered the rare luxury of feeling truly “at home” while abroad. We loved returning after our outings to Roma Norte, La Condesa, and Coyoacán, settling into the comfort and charm of this serene neighborhood. Natalia was the ideal host—always just a text or call away, responding promptly, and ensuring we had everything.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Hands down, this was one of the best AirBnB stays I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook! I stayed for 7 weeks, and had an excellent experience. As others have said, the house is even better than the photographs! The garden is fantastic, and my dog and I were very comfortable. Cata and the folks upstairs were absolutely terrific! I got sick while I was there and they were incredibly thoughtful and kind. I'm so grateful for that. The neighborhood is terrific! It has a diverse mix of folks, is very walkable, and full of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend a visit to the weekly Tuesday market, as well as the brick and mortar Mercado Escandon! Great tacos, tropical fruit, Pan Japanese and all sorts of interesting and fun yumminess! I can't wait to head back. Enjoy!

Martha & Jorge's house is picturesque and the location is excellent! I stayed in their studio apartment for a month and it was exactly what I needed. There are dozens of restaurants in walking distance, along with a ton of coffee shops, dessert places and a really good bakery. In addition, Martha, Jorge and their pups are quite lovely, getting to know the hosts was a wonderful bonus to my stay in Coyoacán! I will certainly be back to stay here next time I visit CDMX!!

This apartment is just lovely! It matches the photos exactly and has lots of fun & interesting objects around that Marco's clearly collected over time. They make the apartment a fun & inviting place to stay. He met us at the there & had the fridge stocked with cold beverages to welcome us. Marco stayed and showed us a map with restaurant recommendations (the BEST tacos at Los Parados!) and other features of the neighborhood and beyond. Anytime we had a question Marco was very responsive. Roma Sur is a nice quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. We had so much fun in CDMX & look forward to our next trip!

I stayed here with my family and it was pretty comfortable. We all had ample space to move around and get ready. I also really loved how it was so close to all the coffee shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

Luis and other staff were always quick to respond and help in anyway they could. The place was very quiet day and night, easy to walk to centro or Juarez. It’s was very clean and cozy. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.
