The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local power outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Greengrocers, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I would recommend it without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

We had a great time, the place and the view are great, 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully well located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. Flawless, clean, nice and well located accommodation, especially for outings from the Marina of Saint François. The residence is pretty but a little deserted. Shops not necessarily open. The view is breathtaking and not overlooked, which is nice. Easy to park next to the building entrance. A water tank would be appreciated in the accommodation. We had an unexpected power cut and it's a little unpleasant. Despite this one downside, we would recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Yourri and Johanna's! The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, with an absolutely incredible view. Special mention for the bed which was really very comfortable, we slept very well! Yourri was extremely welcoming, always available, attentive, and he gave us plenty of good tips for discovering the region. He was able to answer all our questions with great kindness.
