Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Point Loma, San Diego

We happened to meet Rachel at check-in. She greeted us in a very friendly way and immediately showed us the entrance. The accommodation matches the pictures with lots of little details. Great location, as it is only a few minutes' walk to Little Italy ( great restaurants ), the harbor and Balboa Park. The only criticisms (however, are personal concerns and matters of opinion): The mattress was too uncomfortable for us, because a hollow forms when lying down for a long time. In addition, you could not open a window to ventilate, which was difficult because the entire accommodation is open and you cannot close off any area separately. (Smell from food and bathroom steam) In addition, it was a bit dark in the accommodation because not much daylight comes in. Partly very loud due to the opposite highway and the landing aircraft. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again.

Rich and Ruby’s place is exactly what my partner and i were looking for! Enough space, in good shape, would recommend!

Jessica’s place is great! Views are amazing. Place is clean. Location was perfect. And parking wasn’t too bad if you’re strategic with return times. Would recommend 12/10 times.

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

Great unit in a great neighborhood. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Really liked the location, cleanliness, and everything that was included.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Great place. Pictures were just like the Penthouse. Location was close to everything. Short drive to Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Seaport. Gaston was a great host, quick to respond as we asked for places to eat. Thank you Gastan will be back soon!

This spot was in the perfect location for my house hunting trip in San Diego. It was great for exploring all the nearby neighborhoods that we are considering and then having a cozy place to rest at night. The studio is small but has everything you could need, especially if you’re spending your day bopping around the city. The view over the canyon towards the back of the complex was spectacular!

Excellent location which met our needs. Cute and cozy with a large great room. Dennis was very communicative by responding quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. We enjoyed our stay as we came into town for a family wedding.

Great stay, felt very safe and at home. So much to do at a walkable distance, very close to the beach, 10/10 would definitely stay again. Albert was awesome, proactive at check-in, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful place to stay!! Check in instructions were incredibly clear, and the hosts very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The pictures are a great representation of the place; very cozy, light filled, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed being within a short walking distance to Petco Park while still being able to explore some of the neighborhoods in San Diego easily. I would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!

Aaron’s place set a high standard for Airbnb’s in the area. Comfy and cozy, you can really tell corners were not cut. Full size kitchen, interior design is a cut above the rest, and (for the first time out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed) a mattress that doesnt cause back problems after 2 nights. Aaron was very responsive and accommodating. It will be difficult to enjoy another Airbnb at this price point after staying here. Next time we go to Ocean Beach we will be keen on booking this specific spot again. Truly a 5 star stay

This is such a gem located just a few blocks from Ocean Beach. You can’t beat the price/location. We didn’t have to move our car all weekend, everything we needed was walking distance to Edwin’s place.

Sherry’s house had everything we could need, and more! I wish I would have known beforehand, I could have packed much less! There were lots of extra touches, even fresh ground coffee provided and plenty of laundry detergent for us to use. We really appreciated having anything we could need there. Went to the grocery store and prepared most all of our meals there. We really enjoyed the short drive to Sunset Cliffs each night to enjoy the sunset. I would definitely recommend having a rental car but there are some places several blocks away.

Such a wonderful place to stay at. Was beautiful and private. My twin girls had a great time. We are looking forward to rent this place again, including the one bedroom apartment next door, so could invite our older young adults. We had such a great time. Place has so nice. Really quiet private place to stay at. I rented the place during the spring break, but now are looking forward to rent again for the summer! 🥰 Loved It!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

My daughter and I spent time here in a girls trip. The condo was gorgeous inside and the view was incredible. It was so peaceful to listen to the waves crash as I fell asleep. We hope to be back!

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

We had an awesome time here! We loved the location right by the beach as well as being within walking distance from lots of activities, shopping and restaurants in Ocean Beach. We also loved being just a short car ride away from downtown San Diego. Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had no complaints or issues.

This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.

Loved the place and location. Very safe and parking in a secured garage. It felt very homey and would definitely go back.
