Built circa 1910, it once served as a boarding house for teachers of the famous Organic School founded by Marietta Johnson. Got it Reel Good River House! Enjoy swimming and grilling along Fish River in beautiful Fairhope, AL. House has 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Two full beds, and two twin beds, as well as a futon, and a sectional couch. Relax on the large deck attached to the house overlooking the river with a grill and plenty of seating for entertaining. Downstairs has a small fenced yard and pier for swimming, fishing, or lounging. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, but they must be approved prior to your stay.

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door.
