Vacation rentals in Poggio San Marcello

Wir haben gemeinsam mit Freunden knapp zwei Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Sofort haben wir uns sehr wohl und "zu Hause" gefühlt. Sicher haben hierzu auch Nikolaus persönlich, seine Frau Walli und sein Vater beigetragen. Wir hatten schöne Gespräche, durften uns immer melden, wenn wir Fragen hatten, Tipps benötigten und der Kontakt war zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich, sondern in perfekter Balance. Das Haus an sich bietet viel Platz, besonders die Terrasse ist ein schöner Ort zum verweilen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, um gemeinsam (auch ausführlicher) zu kochen. An diesem Ort herrscht wirklich eine besonders tolle Atmosphäre - das Haus liegt ruhig, mitten in der Natur und ist umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten und Olivenbäumen. Einer unserer Lieblingsplätze war der Pool. Er wird morgens mit frischem Quellwasser aufgefüllt und ist daher immer sehr angenehm frisch und sauber. Ein Urlaub, von dem wir noch lange Zeit schöne Erinnerungen tragen dürfen!

Appartamento con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in famiglia. Il borgo dove si trova l'appartamento è molto bello e pulito e c'è anche un piccolo parco giochi nelle vicinanze della casa. Peccato che alcune attività erano chiuse durante la nostra permanenza ma in compenso c'erano degli intrattenimenti durante il weekend. Dall'appartamento è facile raggiungere in auto la costa e luoghi culturali e turistici in zona. Ottimo il cibo ed il vino verdicchio.

L alloggio è impeccabile: in un palazzo antico, completamente ristrutturato, con arredamento perfetto (anche quadri d’autore!) e fornito di tutto quel che può servire. Letti comodi per chi ama dormire sul duro come noi. Non essendoci né negozi né bar nel paese è stato molto utile trovare in cucina l’essenziale per fare colazione . Luogo molto tranquillo, su un poggio con una vista spettacolare. Questa posizione rende però indispensabile la macchina e il macinare molti km per visitare i dintorni e anche per uscire a cena (c’è un solo ristorante pizzeria)

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Staying in Paolo’s beautiful AirBnB was definitely a highlight of our vacation! The apartment was spotless and well equipped, but it was the rooftop terrace with its sublime views that made it extra special. We had coffee and local pastries there every morning, and a glass of wine there every evening! Though the apartment was beautiful, what made our stay the most memorable was the warmth and generosity of our host. Paolo not only went out of his way to pick us up at the train station in Foligno, he drove us all the way to Assisi for our departing train. In between he was always friendly and available to respond any questions or needs we had. We couldn’t have had a better five days in Spello. Thanks Paolo!

Andrea gentilissimo, Spazio ben curato in un bel borghetto poco abitato e molto tranquillo. Ampia terrazza per il parcheggio e facile da raggiungere. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Franca has set up a lovely home if you need a place to stay in this area. It is convenient to many places for day trips. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a short walk. Franca has set up a large white board in the hallway for messages, and always responded right away.

Francesco war ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinen Tipps das Erkunden der Gegend sehr einfach gemacht. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da der Urlaub für uns eine wundervolle Auszeit bedeutete und es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Viele. Dank!
