Vacation rentals with beach access in Podglavica

We really enjoyed our vacation and would have liked to have stayed longer. The views from the terrace are fantastic. A nice big table for 4 people and 4 loungers made it perfect. It was just wonderful to have breakfast there every morning and in the evening we could watch the sunset☺️. The apartment is well fitted and we didn't miss anything. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and was not crowded. The beach is made of stone slabs and there is a large pine tree that provides plenty of shade. The water IS crystal clear. The supermarket is 3 minutes by car. There are also some restaurants. The cities Primosten, Trogir, Rogoznica are nearby and definitely worth a visit. Split is less than an hour away by car and also highly recommended. The place is not overcrowded with tourists and we really enjoyed the tranquility. We like to come back 😉

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous one-bedroom apartment in Primošten. The views are absolutely stunning, truly postcard-worthy. The space itself was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for relaxing, and I appreciated how quiet the surroundings were. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. The hosts were outstanding! Friendly, proactive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They clearly care about their guests’ experience and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A vast balcony, with great shade, and furniture. Gorgeous vista, and a pleasant breeze. Private rocky beach right in front, with dedicated sunbeds and superb canopy made of natural materials. Not too many people. A relaxed private beach bar. Huge private pool. All this combined made our stay one of the best we had amongst the many stays we had all over the Croatian coast. Absolutely recommend.

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

Everything we thought it would be, and more. Didn't want to leave. We spent 9 nights in one of the bottom apartments. After receiving impeccable communication and info from Mirella, we were welcomed at check-in by our beautiful hosts Zikra and Ismet. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has all of the necessary amentities. The views from the main bedroom, living room and terrace are outstanding. The small town of Rogoznica is straight across the water. The water itself is a 10sec walk down a little hill. The sun shines on the rocks from 10 onwards in Sept. The beach we visited was a 15min drive, in a small town called Primosten. Stunning beaches. Razanj is the small town within 15min walking distance of the house. Some really lovely restaurants there with good food. Our hosts Zikra and Ismet are special people. Among many things they cooked us fish on the balcony and gifted us their delicious wine. We are already planning our next trip. Look forward to seeing them again. Hvala

I visited the Rogoznica for the first time and was extremely pleased. My stay at 4 Seasons Rogoznica was great. The accommodation is ideally located and has a wonderful view of the coast from the window. It was nice that the owners provided sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach for general use. Ismeta was also very welcoming and gave good recommendations on what to visit in the town. If I return to Rogoznica, I will definitely stay only at 4 Seasons.

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best host we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many nice seating options. Billy gladly accompanied us to the village and was absolutely not intrusive towards our old dog and in general. You just have to love it. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Super clean, tidy and cozy. The private terrace with the BBQ is also perfect. You have a nice view of the surrounding area. A 4-minute walk away is a small supermarket with plenty of choices. However, it would be useful if there was a name sign on the house. Then you could find it easier. We received a delicious bottle of homemade we and fresh grapes from the garden upon reception. In short: enjoy!

A quiet little house with an outdoor area and a functional barbecue. The hamlet is secluded: no shops or restaurants. Natasa and her husband are very kind and always to ask if we need anything.

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

We had a great time at Ivan's place. Ivan kindly made our arrival easy. The house is very well maintained both indoors and out. We were able to enjoy the wonderful view, brightness and calm of the end of October. If we return to Croatia we will definitely go back.

It was great at Perica's! There is a great sun terrace that we could use and you can get directly to the water after a few steps. The nearby beach is great. Everything very friendly. The apartment is well utilized with 4 people. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the great time! Similar

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
