BRAND NEW BUILD! This unique property is 2.5 acres with views on our 2nd story deck of N & S Twin Lake! We are across the street from the public dock, a short walk to Traditions bar/restaraunt, & a 1 minute drive to the 2 beaches! There is a 6.2 mile walking/bike trail at the front of our property to enjoy! We Airbnb 2 homes on this property, so if you are needing more space, search for our second house at 7144 twin lakes rd. Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. The suite on the lower level of our barn sleeps up to seven people. It features a king bed with a gas fireplace, a copper air tub with drapes for privacy, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a cute kitchen for your needs. The bathroom shower has field stone walls with a toasty heated pebble floor. Warm weather will have you outside enjoying the rock water feature surrounded by wisteria vines.

Full public access and park directly across the street. Toss a fishing line in the water and see if you can catch a big walleye. Space in the yard for a tent or two if you want even more space. Queen bed in the bedroom, queen pullout in the entry and another in the living room, sleep 6. One additional couch could sleep another.

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19.
