Ci siamo trovati molto bene, c’è stata molta comunicazione da parte dell’host. Il bnb è in una zona molto centrale ed abbastanza vicino a tutto.

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

Le logement est super ! Bien situé et desservi, l’appartement est vraiment joli, fonctionnel et agréable. Marta et sa maman sont de belles personnes qui savent accueillir les voyageurs. Les chambres sont fidèles aux images ainsi que le logement. Le fait qu’il y ait deux salles de bains est un plus.

El apartamento de Joan es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Valencia. La terraza es espectacular, fue un placer ver el amanecer desde allí. Tiene la cocina muy bien equipada. Es al lado de muchso restaurantes y bares de excelente calidad. Sin dudas volvería.

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Iris’s place. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. The flat is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and actually exceeded our expectations. The shower was one of the best we've ever experienced. It’s also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Just a note — don’t set your expectations too high for the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, plus a small supermarket conveniently located just across the street. Everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a Valenbisi station nearby for easy access to the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a short break. door opened remotely so we could gain access easily. apartment is as described and like the photos. very stylish. everything you need for a city break with lovely kitchen and even washing machine drying rack and iron. make sure to turn on air con and close shutters in summer months ...the host was helpful when we had difficulty with the air con but it cooled the apartment great. nice neighbourhood as about 10 minutes walk to edge of old town entrance but a nice quiet neighbourhood with several nice restaurants and bars. would recommend and stay again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Jaimes Wohnung. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war sie sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Platz am großen Fenster war super zum relaxen. Jaime war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

non sembrava un'appartamento per vacanze, ma la casa propria. Non ho mai visto in tanti anni che alloggio in appartamento un alloggio così accessoriato, di tutto anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia, o di generi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

Von der Ankuft bis zur Abreise, unser Aufenthalt bei Pilar war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden freundlich von ihr empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Valencia von ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Zu Fuss ist man in kurzer Zeit überall, es ist auch sehr einfach, Fahrräder oder Taxis zu organisieren, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!

Brilliant apartment in a fantastic location. We had a great time exploring Valencia and Frank's place is an ideal base for your stay.

Fantastic place in old-town, right near the River/Park. Maybe a 15-minute walk to the central market. Windows in both front and back which means nice breeze, and a tiny balcony with enough room to sit outside. And A/C for the times it is too hot. Decor is just like the pictures. Jose is one of the most helpful hosts I've dealt with.
