Cottage in Lawrenceville, NJ connected to Rider University. Walking distance to entire campus. 3 miles to The College of New Jersey ( TCNJ ), 6 miles to Princeton, 5 miles to Trenton, City Hall, 4 miles to Hamilton train station. Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

It is a corner of the host’s house as you come in the driveway and you have your own private parking spot and entrance remote from the rest of the house. We scrupulously follow the AirBnB guidelines to clean and sanitize between guests. Welcome to the Hippy Hut!! Where you should expect the unexpected! Your stay here will be unlike any other. With many games to play and activities to keep you busy, you surely won’t get bored here! Hang out in hammocks, heat up the sauna, sit around fires indoors or out, all year long.
