Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

We had a fantastic stay at Karol & Gian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- quiet and peaceful. Karol & Gian were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made check-in and check-out smooth and were always available if we had any questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

the host was really responsive to my messages and also allowed my guest and I for early check in. the home was great for a weekend getaway with all amenities and entertainment room in the garage. only 7 mins away from the hardrock casino which was very nice and convenient. would recommend to others if I made a trip back

Nice light, comfortable bed, full well stocked kitchen. Ample easy parking. Wine, homemade bread and fresh eggs are sweet attractive touches. Powerful functional climate control. Nice place. Country roads, Apple Maps led me to the neighbors, Waze was accurate
