The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Colorful house. Peaceful and joyful atmosphere. Facing a breathtaking view, it is however located at the entrance of a small and very dynamic village. An organic community-owned grocery store and a café-concert are nearby. A large and majestic swimming lake 3 km away. From the house starts a small hiking trail that smells of hazelnuts. A large covered terrace awaits you. Surrounding countryside is very wooded and hilly. This village is very popular with lovers of the lively countryside

Between land and sea: Old 18th century farmhouse. Cottage rented for touristic purposes. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
