Very good stay, however the accommodation lacked essential items such as a broom, mop, kitchen towels, and hair dryer, and some items such as chair and bed had lost their solidity... for everything else it was impeccable, we will gladly go back...

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Excellent weekend, very responsive and accommodating host. The listing was clean and as advertised. Multiple spots are available not far from the accommodation. The only small downside is the neighbors going up and down the stairs, otherwise the rest is perfect!

Beautiful apartment right on the Atlantic coast of Brittany! You have a perfect view of the sea, both from the bed and from the terrace and balcony! You can reach all the beautiful places in a few minutes by car and have an almost always empty beach right outside the door. Thank you for this wonderful experience! We will be back :-).

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were charmed and intend to come back and stay longer.

We spent a delightful week at this charming house in Erquy. Gill, the host, was fantastic—always quick to respond and very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb! Within a short walk, you're at the harbor, town center, or one of several sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing or exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there’s a great bakery nearby at 80 Rue Foch for fresh baguettes. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Note that the stove is an induction hob, so bring an adapter if needed. A washing machine is also available, which was a nice convenience. Sleeping arrangements include four beds, with a double bed that’s on the smaller side—cozy for those who like to sleep close! Parking was generally manageable; although you can’t park directly at the house, we always found a spot about 100 meters away. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We are delighted with the weekend spent in the Holen accommodation, very nicely decorated, tasteful, very clean and well designed The spa area is great. We can alternate with the sauna space as we please. This accommodation allows privacy (except perhaps a little less the terrace) promoting relaxation and rest. Caroline is a very responsive host, we appreciated her adapting to our arrival time! We highly recommend this listing, we could come back without a second thought 👍👍👍👍👍

Roof is very well thought out even the brochures available for everything possible in the area! Successful vacations for the whole family.

The house is beautiful and, in my opinion, a real insider tip! You have a great view of the sea, which we especially enjoyed every morning on the terrace. At night it is very nice and quiet and you can even hear the waves rushing. The house is well maintained and nothing was missing. We will be happy to come back :-)

Beautiful chalet, very well-equipped in a quiet and relaxing setting. Big plus in this heat, the well-equipped terrace that allows you to relax after a long day of walks and as a bonus the cuddles of the little glue. Céline is great, welcoming and gives good advice for walks to do in the area.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is great for a couple and well located for visiting the surroundings! We were warmly welcomed, we will come back on our next trip to Brittany! Thank you again!

Modern, tastefully decorated cabin in beautiful surroundings. Spacious bathroom with nice walk-in shower. We were lucky with the weather and could dine outside on the veranda. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated.

Being a former Binicaise, I really enjoyed the location and private parking.

Marrianna and Steve are extremely kind and caring hosts. The cottage was as expected and very cozy. I would recommend it and will be sure to stay again.

For my second stay in this charming apartment, I am still delighted to return. Very easy access, on the 3rd floor with elevator, very well equipped, very nicely decorated, nothing missing. And always this beautiful view of the sea, the dream. I recommend it 200%.
