This apartment is extremely tasteful and high-quality. Great location right by the harbor with restaurants, bars and bakers - whatever you need. Since the bedroom is at the back, it sleeps quietly. And Anne Marie is a very, very pleasant host.

Valérie and Henri gave us and our dog a warm welcome. We had nice days in the cottage, which is very clean and well furnished, and in the beautiful green garden. Details have been thought of, such as screens for all windows. The location is good for visiting the beautiful coast of northern Brittany.

A great stay in this modern, beautifully decorated, and very functional apartment. The view from the terrace is stunning, just like the photos. The neighborhood is peaceful, and close enough by car to the center of Perros Guirec and the coast. A great short stay! Philippe is a responsive and available host.

We loved our stay in Tréguier and this very quiet accommodation in the heart of the city! Everything you need is available there! Very clean and functional. There is a small courtyard in front to have coffee and read in the sun... Very friendly welcome from Julie who is very responsive when needed! We highly recommend this cozy little nest which allowed us to enjoy this beautiful city on a daily basis... everything is within walking distance! The small parking lot at the top of the street was very convenient for parking the motorcycle! In short, a 10/10 for us!!!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, perfectly equipped, and conveniently located. The view is simply exceptional — you are literally with your feet in the water! Great apartment with wonderful views of the harbor. Within walking distance, two bakeries and some restaurants. Everything was very clean and we immediately felt at home. Great cozy beds, huge TV in the living room with Netflix and a large kitchen where we could prepare our meals perfectly. Enough space for everything. We enjoyed the time very much. The car can be parked in the garage. Great base for exploring the Rosa Granit coast.

The apartment is in a very good location, a stone's throw from the beach and very nice little restaurants. Close to all the beautiful sites the area has to offer. The accommodation is suitable for a couple with two children. And the hosts are accommodating. If you also have a beautiful sun as was our case, the stay becomes ideal!

We had a great night in this studio in Perros-Guirec, very cute, well-equipped, clean and in a good location. The bedding is comfortable. Ségolène was very responsive and gave us clear and precise instructions. Entering and exiting the accommodation is very easy. Restaurants are within walking distance and beautiful walks can be taken from the apartment.

Absolutely perfect rental, no complaints. The view was magnificent, the apartment extremely well appointed with all the necessities. Very good bedding and a terrace that allowed us to eat outside. Impeccable cleanliness in a very quiet residence. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation! :D

The apartment more than met our expectations! It is very stylish and furnished with everything you need! Bed and linens simply fantastic, we slept like angels. The balcony is a great added value, especially in the morning - wonderful in sunshine. The central location and the direct view of the harbor are unsurpassed. We took very nice excursions on foot, with rented e-bikes or by bus. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. The information at check-in was limited to the important and necessary and very useful. In particular, we greatly appreciated the open communication about local gastronomy, including the valuable tips. We can only highly recommend Paimpol and surroundings and the great apartment of Laetitia. We enjoyed it very much during our 11-day stay and were sad to leave.

The accommodation is identical to the listing, clean and healthy! The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. All tourist spots to see are 10 minutes away. Private parking in the courtyard.
