Located in front of the beach of Pouldu, 5 minutes from Roscoff and its Thalasso and 5 minutes from the beach of Dossen , you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The ground floor completely renovated in 2023 will bring you a living room of 60 m2 bathed in sun facing south.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a small bed, and a dressing room to store all your belongings and suitcases. A large private garden, not overlooked, completes this property.
