La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

this small house is unique and close to all sites and amenities on foot or by bike, which will facilitate the planning of your visit (the castle of Trevarez 4 kilometers away, the Nantes-Brest canal 2 kilometers away, the forest of HUELGOAT 30 kilometers away, the beach of Saint-Nic and others. accommodation with 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed, the other upstairs with an electric 2 x 80 x 200 bed and storage, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed.

Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. Gite with independent access with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden. The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, sun loungers, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden chairs. The floor consists of a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet.
