Enjoy a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people + 1 baby on the second and top floor in Ploeren. Located 8 min from the Gulf of Morbihan, its islands, beaches and the medieval town of Vannes. Less than 40 km from the wild coast of Quiberon, the great beaches of Carnac not to mention its famous Menhirs alignments. All shops and supermarket in the center about 5 min walk Easy access thanks to the RN 165. Well served by the bus network. Not to mention the carpooling area 5 min walk away.

The attic room features slanted ceilings with exposed wooden beams and a skylight allowing natural light. A spacious double bed with patterned bedding is complemented by a single bed and a crib. A neutral color palette enhances the room's tranquil feel.

I welcome you to my home, a very cozy little studio In a quiet and relaxing location close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches - Carnac, Erdeven, Sarzeau and 10 minutes from Île de Conleau P.S.: I do not charge a cleaning fee. It would be nice to make the studio clean otherwise you will be charged €50. The studio is not suitable for young children. I do not provide towels. If needed, a fee of €10 will be required upon arrival
