Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

18th century house on 3 levels located on the banks of the Rance. On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). On the 1st, the living room with 2 sofa beds, TV, books and games. On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area with a 160 cm queen size bed. We offer activities: kayak rental, breakfast, dinner, boat trip along the Rance. Ideal cottage for a couple with or without children. On request: cribs, changing table, high chair.

The cottage, very bright, is located between land and sea. You will not have an outside view, but you will be surrounded by a beautiful landscape close to the Rance, a slipway, a small beach, a restaurant (remember to book!), and the start of hikes. The tranquility of the village made up of old houses will soothe you. The studio is located on the 1st floor of a recent house (no elevator), where the owners, Danièle and Ivan, live. Your entrance is independent.

Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee.
