We had a great time in this beautiful quiet apartment, close to the sea, and close to restaurants and shops. Easy access and easy street parking. Our host was welcoming and responsive by message, and adapted to our arrival times very kindly. We would recommend this listing!

The owners are very welcoming and charming. We loved the area, which is beautiful. Hikes and walks are very rich in discoveries. Traffic is very fluid. The beaches are very clean whatever the location. We invite you to discover this little corner of heaven and especially not to miss the island of Bréhat.

2nd time I've come and no complaints. Excellent accommodation and Hervé is very responsive to messages. I'm going back in August and recommend this apartment without a second thought.

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Ideally located accommodation with all the comforts expected and very well-equipped. Very nice view from the balcony terrace. Close to the center, shops, beach and GR. We were 4 adults. Beautiful place!

We were warmly greeted by Noëlle, who is very friendly. She gave us some great tips for visiting the region. The apartment is very well-equipped, with good bedding and fast wifi. The view is beautiful on the Rosaires beach, which is nice to walk on. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well arranged and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide a lot of advice (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.

We were well received😃. Very happy stay! We want to go back, isn't that the best proof that we were well settled there! 100 m from the beach, when you like to swim in the sea it's extra!

We had a pleasant stay in Arnaud's beautiful apartment: Functional, bright and perfectly located for discovering this pretty little seaside town. Thanks to our very kind and discreet hosts. The accommodation smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Very quiet and peaceful district. Despite the proximity to the railway, we didn't hear the trains. Excellent stay and very beautiful area.

Very nice small apartment, well decorated, very good bedding, great location, quiet. The garage is a plus for the car. The owner is very nice and responsive, she wants to meet the tenants for advice and explanations. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, sparkling clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and caring. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend.

We had a great time! The sea view is stunning, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is ideally located: the beach, shops, hiking departures... everything is within walking distance. I had a great stay with my 2 small children. Impeccable apartment, very pleasant and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I would highly recommend it. My children and I really enjoyed it. Nice site nearby: Fort la latte, Cap frehel...

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
