Everything is great. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Very good service and the best: the communication was impeccable, clear and fast at all times. Highly recommended!

The building has a 24 hour doorman which is extremely helpful for late arrivals as well as secure. The overall location is one of the best in Lima. The boardwalk out front is super for exercise or a stroll. The ocean view is ever changing and awesome to watch. (Plus, we had beautiful weather!) The kitchen was well equipped, (coffee maker, hot water pot, blender, microwave etc). The bathrooms were great and had a hair dryer which was very convenient. Internet was great. The unit has a washer/dryer combo which we used halfway through our week. The hosts and co-hosts were responsive and friendly. Their written instructions were very clear and helpful. Overall - we would rent this unit again with no hesitations. Thank you Edson, Christian, and Sophia.

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

We stayed during my son's wedding and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with grass, a swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

The condominium staff is very friendly, always attentive. I had a mishap and the owners helped me solve it quickly, they are always attentive and very friendly. It looks small but it's enough to get away for a moment from the city with the family. I would recommend it

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

This place is so beautiful. Loved everything, Karla was super helpful and super nice. I will definitely recommend this one. Its a beautiful sight. Everything was calm. there's a running track downstairs in front of the beach! Super Chilled.

It was a very nice place, the view was good even though there is a building in front, but that is beyond the host's control. It was also nice since Mr. Lucio let us stay longer than expected, overall a good place :)

We had a nice time at Christian's apartment. It has a beautiful ocean view and the host is always available to answer any questions in an attentive and friendly manner. The apartment is literally facing the beach. It is spacious and with the necessary amenities to spend a good weekend.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Amazing View! The apartment is very well located and with a wonderful view. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 2 with full beds. Close to several wonderful restaurants such as La Mar and El Mercato. It has a beautiful public green area in front of the building, good for walks and sightseeing. If you're going to Lima and want to stay in Miraflores, I recommend this apartment.
