Rocio was an incredible host. Will answer my questions immediately. She was very helpful. The place is gorgeous. Beautiful view of the beach. The place was exactly as the pictures. Luis Enrique was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back.

The place is just as shown in the photos, I highly recommend it, we had an amazing time, it is a very comfortable and nice space. My host was very friendly.

My friends and have stayed in various Air B & B's but we all said that this was the nicest. It was more than we typically paid in the past, but worth it for this holiday. There was plenty of room for us to sit and relax, read and listen to the waves. Since we visited off season it was typically very quiet. There was some construction in front of the building but the noise impact was minimal. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the host responding quickly and the problem was resolved in 24 hours. The laundry sink had hot water so we could wash dishes without a problem. The wifi was without incident with 3 users. There were lots of places to walk and the small town had good restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to buy the groceries that we needed. The kitchen had an air fryer which was a great option for cooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything was perfect !The apartment was so beautiful. Everything felt new, the bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot, big tv, in a safe part of town that is easy to walk to restaurants in Miraflores or in barranco. The view was incredible. Highly recommend this place and would have stayed longer if I had the chance. Natsu was kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Also washer in-unit was very convenient.

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful apartment, super complete and super comfortable everything, Cristie responds very quickly to any questions and well friendly. Highly recommended if you want to spend a weekend or vacation on the beach with family or friends, the sea has direct access by stairs (3 floors of houses), you can grill on the depa, it has all the implements, there is everything nearby (as bodeguita nearby walking and restaurants tmb), everything is very good and nice 🫶🏻 recommended 🤝🏻 10/10

My stay at this Airbnb in San Bartolo was simply wonderful. From the first moment, the host's service was impeccable: always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any detail. The facilities were just as shown in the photos, and even better. Everything was clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated, which made me feel comfortable and welcome from the beginning. The place has a very special energy, ideal for resting, disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and food areas. I loved every detail and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy experience in San Bartolo.

Very clean place & looked just like the photos. Super cozy and loved the big TVs and ambiance. Hosts were very easy to reach and responded super quickly if/when we needed them. Area was very walkable and Ubers were everywhere if we needed. Traffic was a little bit loud but that’s pretty unavoidable if you’re staying anywhere in the area. Totally worth the price and would book again.

Great place, wonderful pick for a vacation by the beach!

We had an amazing time in Pulpos. The place was impeccable, super organized and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the waves of the sea from the accommodation, you could breathe a lot of peace. The host was very attentive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without any problems thanks to the good internet. A big plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place very much. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back 🫶🏽

We had an excellent stay! Both Karen and Elizabeth were friendly and attentive. The view from the apartment was beautiful. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay again!

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

Unforgettable experience! I stayed in an oceanfront apartment and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view of the ocean from the terrace was simply spectacular, with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed to feel at home. Cleanliness and organization was spotless. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. All in all, a 10/10 lodging experience. ¡Totally recommended for those looking to relax in front of the sea!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, with an incredible view of the water. Close walk to everything you could want. Easy communication with the hosts, and couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone visiting Lima.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Unfortunately, I stayed for a few hours since I had a very early flight, but I would have liked to stay to rest more. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, I would return without hesitation and the host was completely willing to help.

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very impeccable and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

We had a great stay here. Everyone are so responsive and easy to communicate. When i ask about the power adapter, they go beyond and above and provide me with a power adapter right away even though they didn’t have it in the beginning. Check in and check out is a breeze. 24/7 security makes you feel safe. Highly recommend!!! Thank you guys!

The accommodation matches the photos perfectly, clean, with all amenities. Our host was very responsive, he responded quickly to our requests and was very friendly. Please note that you must book to use the pool or jacuzzi. The only point we liked less is the noise of the boulevard in front of the apartment but as a general rule, we were very happy.
