Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

Casa Cucula - is awesome! Walk to the surf.

Enjoy all the amenities in this brand new custom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the beach or into town. The airy and open floor plan comfortably accommodates a small group, or 2 families traveling together. We came to Pavones and absolutely fell in love. There is a little something for everyone - world class surf, fishing, beautiful beaches, wildlife, and plenty of opportunities to slow down and relax. We hope you love it as much as we do.
