My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! The beach house was amazing, exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. Having the beach right outside the gate was incredible, and we found plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away. The team was super friendly and responsive; Harry and Ossiel made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Overall, a great experience!

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

This place is right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. It was perfect for a weekend with family and friends to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The condo is perfect to get away from the noise and chaos of city life.

Amazing Beach House! This place is absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is spectacular—perfect for anyone who enjoys privacy and relaxation. It's just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants, which made our stay even better. We had such a great experience and will definitely be visiting again!

The host Mary Jane was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb was beautiful, the photos did not do it justice. The house was roomy and the decor was very nice. It was in a closed off gate and private with a guard on duty every night. Mary sent so many awesome recommendations for us to go and eat. She even arranged taxis for us and was super responsive. She was very nice with my family and personable, she remembered every little details about them and accommodated my grandmother. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend her enough! 10/10 experience

We had a great stay at la Bahia! Spacious home with nice pool only a few steps from the beach and town of San Juan del Sur. Special mentions to Veronica and Feliciano for always being available for our questions and needs. Be careful with the electricity usage. We had to pay a fee for exceeding the electricity allowance. We would come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay. Some very nice touches in the condo. Very comfortable. Loved the outside patio and spent most of our time there. Management was very responsive. Security guard was super nice

We loved the house, it was very clean It's very spacious and the best part is the location, it's close to many restaurants and the other beaches are quite close, we'll definitely be back!

I could live in this place. As soon as we entered I felt right at home. Great air conditioning in the bed room. All the things you may need in the kitchen. A private outdoor space for hanging out and drying clothes. Would certainly stay here again.

Martin is a superb host. Very responsive, nice, and accommodating of any need - such a nice person that makes you feel like your stay is the most important thing. The place is amazing. It's small and cozy, with good airflow and AC at hot times. There is a great garden with a big tree for shade, comfortable beach chairs, a hammock, and a shower. The water is 20 meters from the door, and it's a short 15-minute walk to Bigginers Bay and Santana and 2-5 minutes from several restaurants and a grocery shop. We came by car with a toddler and enjoyed the time. It is great for surfers who want to surf the area, beginners who want to learn in the beginners' bay, and people who want to stay in front of the water in a relaxing place.

Beautiful serene spot and only a 10 minutes walk from the centre. The space was called "cueva" or "cave", which is a great description for it. A naturally darker bedroom with very comfortable bed, and beautiful shower with stonework. You get a private patio equipped with dining table and hammock surrounded by the gardens. Jan-Luc was responsive and helpful at every step along the way. If you are planning to take advantage of the kitchen, it was a little bit awkward with minimal equipment, so plan accordingly! Overall I highly recommend this place.

This place is an absolute gem! If you're looking for a peaceful escape and a genuinely good time, this is the spot. Carolina is a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. Her amazing team is always available and quick to respond to any needs, which made us feel completely at ease. Most importantly, we felt safe and cared for the entire time. Skip the crowded hotels and lodges around San Juan—this is where you want to be. We'll be coming back every chance we get!

We really liked the place, the view is very nice to the sea, even the beach is close, you just have to go down a few stairs, there is a bar right in front of the beach, the place has everything you need if you want to cook, you have a beautiful view from the room. As a recommendation, bring repellent or Baygon for mosquitoes and other animals that always come out in the light as it is a rustic place.

Scott’s place was the perfect location in San Juan. Great views of the sunsets and the place itself felt cozy and like we were right at home. Would definitely stay again!
