Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Mantas

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful time at Anne’s place. Enjoyed the beaches near by and the home was very beautiful along with the view. Should’ve kept in mind that yes the beach is 10-15 minutes walking, however you will be walking down a very steep mountain and to go back up was also very steep. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations

The place is very nice. Very considerate to have ponchos and umbrellas, which came in handy. My only issue was the host and co-host both read a message from me asking a question. Neither of them responded, ever. I’m not sure if it was an oversight or intentional.

Outstanding hideaway surrounded by local flora. Simply wonderful stay. Access to the “elevated” beach club was outstanding. Enjoyed seeing beautiful multicolored Macaws and other creatures of the “jungle”. - Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful,

location, location, location! everything was just in reach - coffee moon, fresh pastries, breakfast and lunch. The beach was a 10 minute trek away. Will definitely visit again

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Casa Baru is a beautiful home and a perfect location for accessing the beach and many great restaurants. When we walked in the door my kids said, “This looks like a celebrity’s house!”. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene and indoors is spacious and comfortable. Juan was super responsive to any questions we had and he had great local recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home and Juan as a host!

Great location. About 30 minutes to the beach, 2 hr drive to the volcano. However it was closed due to it being active when we were there. Rescate Wildlife Rescue was a nice last minute add to our trip. Great place to see local wildlife.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that honestly felt like a hidden gem. So many people came by the area just to take pictures, and we ended up having our own little photo session with over 100 shots — it was a blast! The minipool/jacuzzi quickly became our favorite hangout spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and well-equipped with A/C, which made for great nights of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus an ice cream scoop!), and the large fridge was super convenient for our groceries. Sergio was an exceptional host — responsive, kind, and on top of everything. The wristbands for the beach and club were a great bonus, and we really enjoyed having access to those amenities. Everything was well-coordinated and hassle-free. My family is already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Sergio’s place!

It is a great place close to all the entertainment in Jaco, yet in a private, secure, and quiet (at night) location! Very clean, cozy, and well-constructed home! The pool was clean, but we didn’t utilize it due to being busy with all the local attractions. I will say that there's some construction going on next door, but it doesn’t start until around 8 AM (I think), so if you are someone who wants/needs to sleep in, you may have issues. For us early risers, no problem at all! Great overall stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained. It was such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool—perfect for relaxing. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful, just outside of town, but still very easy to get into town when needed. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away! Katherine was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

It exceeds expectations. The apartment is IMPECCABLE, it has many details and much more than we need on our vacation. The location is perfect, the terrace overlooks the pool, which is quite comfortable. Simply a 10!!, nothing to object to. Leny is very attentive, responds immediately and quickly solves your needs. First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Tim & Kristina did not miss one detail in their “Welcome Package” to help us navigate Jaco. They couldn’t have done any better. FYI We have family that have owned a condo around the corner for 7 years & took away a few ideas for a better stay from Tim & Kristina.

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to go to know. Pool access was very close, equal to beach access. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfect. The entire apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again no problem!
