We loved the place, fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently maintained apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, swimming pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent WiFi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. Totally recommended to stay here.

Beautiful apartment ideal for a couple. Very complete, comfortable bed, furniture and decoration in very good condition, very bright. Place Lafayette is very quiet, the reception staff are very attentive and friendly. It has a heated pool, sauna, gym, cinema, daily cleaning, etc. Everything as it appears in the description. The location is unbeatable! It has services within 100 meters, restaurants, shopping, cafes, ice cream shop, laundry, supermarket, etc. And a few minutes from Playa Brava and La Mansa. Communication with Prohaus was excellent at all times. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

A super enjoyable, spacious, comfortable house with everything you need to spend a few nice days. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach. We recommend it!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is prepared for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and pools within Solanas. Evangelina answered all our questions and was very friendly.

The house is very comfortable and practical. It is one block from a supermarket, two blocks from the rambla and 4 from the terminal. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is super nice to go with children or in a group because it has a bus capacity. I went with my family and we had a great time.

We had a great weekend at the house with a group of friends. The spaces are all very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped and complete. Both Julian and Veronica were always very attentive and available, helping us with whatever we needed. He got us very good quality firewood for both the stove and the grill. I definitely recommend the house to go with friends or family, we'll surely be back soon!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt right at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

from the view to the comfort, they are guaranteed in the apartment, very complete in bazaar accessories, with two super spacious bathrooms, I would definitely return and I highly recommend choosing this space that makes you feel very close to home for the comfort... Andrés, a very good host, solved all my doubts and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were excellent and hassle-free. I'm going to stay again!

Excellent stay! Very well located, in a green environment and close to services. The building is even better than in the photos... Belén's apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Belén was always attentive when we had any questions. I recommend this place as well as its hosts.
