The place is luxurious, very nice, pleasant, with internal transportation in case you have difficulty with long walks and to be able to get to the beach or the different pool areas quickly. The restaurant next to the pool is very clean and the food is delicious, average costs. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, very friendly service from hosts. Keep in mind that there are regulations for the use of facilities, which are generally not complicated and within the rules of conduct.

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always helpful. They were always in touch to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the amenities and requirements necessary to be able to eat and have a great time. Villa de Natalia is amazing. The area is super safe. It's the ideal villa to spend time with family. Mrs. Edith, who helped us with meals during our stay, makes everything easier when you travel in a group. Everything was delicious, great service.

This is the second time I have stayed at Lourdes' place and I would definitely come back for a third time. The pool is very large for swimming and spending time with the family. The amenities of the house, such as billiards and foosball, make you not want to leave the house. Perfect for grilling meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants near the place. Ideal for large families with large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning and spacious places like the living room, kitchen and dining room. Definitely one of the best houses in Acapulco
