The place is luxurious, very nice, pleasant, with internal transportation in case you have difficulty with long walks and to be able to get to the beach or the different pool areas quickly. The restaurant next to the pool is very clean and the food is delicious, average costs. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, very friendly service from hosts. Keep in mind that there are regulations for the use of facilities, which are generally not complicated and within the rules of conduct.

Really great experience! Yared's apartment in Acapulco exceeded all our expectations. It is located in the La Isla complex, one of the most exclusive and quiet in the area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. The facilities are impeccable: spectacular pools, very well-kept common areas and easy access to the beach. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, super clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect stay. In addition, Yared was a great host: attentive, quick to respond and always making sure we were well. I will definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything, Yared!

Second time staying at La Isla Residences and again it was a great experience. Alvaro's apartment is on the ground floor, just a few steps from the sea, which makes it very accessible and practical. Unlike other Airbnbs, here the cleaning was daily, which kept the place always spotless. Alvaro was very friendly, attentive and communicative throughout the stay. We traveled with our dog without any problems from the host, however, the condominium has no pet friendly policies. Most of the guards were rude and unempathetic, even when no rules were violated. This created awkward moments. The service of the staff in general could be improved, as few are friendly. Even so, the service from Alvaro and the tower management team was excellent. I highly recommend the accommodation, but if you travel with a pet, it is important to know the condominium's restrictions well to avoid bad times.

One of the best places I've been. It's on a fourth floor in case you have to load a lot of suitcases, take it into account. Clean, new, comfortable apartment very comfortable . Impeccable internet, The unbeatable location, the shops on hand, the swimming pool great for swimming , the ideal temperature. We had a great time.

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always helpful. They were always in touch to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the amenities and requirements necessary to be able to eat and have a great time. The house is definitely highly recommended.

The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable, it has the essentials for a comfortable stay. The beach is very close and it is a very quiet area to be with your family. Excellent hosts, always attentive, helpful and very friendly.

The apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, clean, it has apps like Disney on the TV, which is very useful if you have children, the air conditioning works very well, I just think that cutlery and a corkscrew are missing🙂. But everything was very good, the amenities were fantastic

A great place to visit Acapulco, I would definitely come back. The security part of the place let us park the car inside, so it turned out better than expected.

Rodrigo's accommodation is wonderful. My family and I felt at home, everything that comes in the description is functional, very nice, useful and exactly as described and photographed. The apartment is very comfortable to rest and cozy. The beach club is very beautiful, both the pools and the access to the beach, comfortable lounge chairs and everything is nice, they do not let you enter with food or drinks because the consumption is inside, however, the prices are very affordable. The complex's pool is very spacious and beautiful, quite pleasant, as well as the subdivision, and the security is very good. You feel comfortable and safe at all times. I would definitely come back to stay again!

Esteban was always attentive to our questions, he was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, he was attentive to the weather that was going to be affected by a hurricane. The apartment is as shown in the photos, even better! I highly recommend his apartment and Esteban, we would return without hesitation

the entire apartment was stunning from the moment we opened the door. the open concept of kitchen and living room made an open direct view to the impressive open beach below. the rooms were super comfortable and spacious. the kitchen has everything you needed to cook a warm meal. Kaya was an amazing host with an amazing amount of insight to Acapulco. the tropical storm shutters were impressive considering we had to use them during our stay. which were controlled remotely and provided security and comfort. absolutely love this place

An excellent place to spend relaxed days with your partner or family, I loved the view, the apartment is in very good condition and the beach is super nice, completely recommended. Paola was a great host. He was always attentive to everything and responded to every message very kindly. Her communication was constant, which made me feel very calm throughout my stay. I would certainly stay with her again! The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean and very well located with all the necessary tools and utensils to be in the apartment :) . The place itself, as well as the residential complex, lacks some supervision by the condominium administration. Sometimes the people who are on duty are a little grumpy or careless, but that's outside the apartment (in the amenities area) Otherwise everything is perfect, I highly recommend it if you come as a family :)

The stay at Farid's apartment was excellent, from the arrival, the attention of all the staff, both administrative and security, made you feel at home. Farid was always very attentive and despite small details that did not affect the experience, the prompt response and openness were punctual! My wife and I would definitely return to this place! The view, the pool, the proximity to the points of interest in Acapulco and the apartment's super equipment, make it a place that is worth 1000%.

Everything was very good with Gabriela, quick and effective communication to deal with issues, only one issue with the air conditioning that was quickly resolved. The accommodation is quite good and its restaurant is worth it if you don't want to go out. I'll stay again.
