I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Stayed a week at Tom’s place. The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! There is a grocery store 2 mins away from the apartment, and tons of restaurants near by. Also so close to the marina and easy access to the highways to get to different parts of LA. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

the stay was very cozy and comfortable for especially for a solo trip but also nice for couples. the bed was extremely comfortable. and candles in the room. the building itself was easy to find but was a little confused with parking and getting up. but the host communicated very quickly any time i reached out. the only thing i didnt like was the view from the balcony. you only get to see neighbors and i was expecting to see the pool. overall i would book this stay again as it is worth the price

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Tuve una experiencia increíble quedándome en este departamento en Los Ángeles. El espacio es amplio, moderno y súper cómodo, con una decoración muy cuidada que hace que uno se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento. La cocina está completamente equipada, lo que facilitó mucho preparar mis comidas, y la sala es perfecta para relajarse. Sin duda el mejor Airbnb en el que me he hospedado, recomiendo ampliamente.

Everything was perfect! I had my proposal on the patio there and the view was gorgeous. Jeffery was a fantastic host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

Matthew's place is amazing! I highly recommend it. Communication was seamless. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The place was also well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal for our needs; it was close to local attractions with private on-site parking. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it. Will certainly be staying here again in the future!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fabulous even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. Fantastic studio apartment that lives much larger than its actual size due to great spacing & flow between bed, closet, living area, kitchen & bath. Each distinct area has all that you need to feel right at home, immediately. And the location is perfect — an easy walk to Abbott Kinney, Erewhon, and the beach, with rental bikes avail nearby if you want to venture into Santa Monica, Marina del Ray, etc Really enjoyed the 4 nights here and hope to stay here again soon.

Quedamos muy contentos con el lugar, está en un barrio muy tranquilo, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas vacaciones y también para poder descansar. La pieza en si está en muy buenas condiciones al igual que el baño y la cocina. Fabio es muy atento y simpático, incluso nos recordó el día que debíamos mover el auto que rentamos, que por cierto, se puede estacionar en varios sectores cercanos, sin necesidad de pagar. Muy recomendado.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Apartment was great, stayed there with my family of 5, just big enough to make it work.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Dave’s apartment was everything we were looking for to make our family trip memorable! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. He was so kind and communicative, made us feel very welcome. Location was a bonus, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all things Westwood. Thank you for a great experience, will be back soon!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
