A relaxing cottage directly by the sea. This escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. With waves rolling by outside the front door and views of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza, this perfectly situated cottage is a place to relax and reconnect with nature - wonderful for writers and inspiration-seekers.

The renovated apartment “El Poril II” (on the second floor and pedestrian street) is located in Puerto del Carmen in the Varadero area, an old port, located on the seafront, allowing you to enjoy wonderful sunsets overlooking the sea. Located on the second floor, but only one floor is accessible without an elevator.
