The complex has gardens, pools, tennis courts, indoor parking The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, fridge and cutlery. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, kitchen towels are put on. The kitchen has two fires. On the ground floor of the building is a restaurant with a menu There are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, shopping area, near the Plaza Mayor Shopping Center and Torremolinos. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has access to two pools, one for adults supervised and one for children The pools only work in summer, from mid-June to mid-September (in summer) although on the beach you can swim almost all year round. The development has parking areas on the indoor streets, where it is accessed by remote control. In July and August it is very difficult to park since there are almost twice as many apartments as parking lots. The guest who requests it. Comfortable and practical apartment a few meters from the beach with everything you need for a couple or a family to spend a few days or weeks on vacation full of pleasant moments! Important: The pool opens for Easter and from June 1 to September 30 - In May and early October we can use the Playamar pool!! It's the same distance as the main one :-)
