Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa de La Concha

We stayed at Cristian's apartment for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The apartment is fantastic, very spacious and is perfectly located by Plaza Cañadío. There are many excellent bars and restaurants both on the Plaza and surrounding streets, a supermarket 200m around the corner, and the promenade is only a couple of blocks away. Would happily return if in Santander again.

The house has an excellent location. A quiet area, very easy to park and you can walk to the beach of El Sardinero super fast and if you want to go downtown and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. Spectacular. Very clean, tidy, in a nice place and next to the beach. The kitchen and grill are fully equipped and all facilities. The service with José was unbeatable. If we have the chance, we'll do it again.

The apartment is just like the photos, it's great: cozy, clean and super nice. It has a garage space and is super close to the estuary, you can walk. The neighborhood is idyllic and super quiet. The hosts, super friendly and very thoughtful, we really liked the Welcome gift they left us. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place with great view of the sea and city in the background. Very artistically furnished meeting with all needs of a seasoned traveler. Marta has been a kind host for taking care of guests immediate requirements before settling down here. Thank you Marta for your kind hospitality.

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. Functional and tastefully decorated. Beaches within walking distance. Closed parking available. Perfect for 2 adults and two kids.

We have passed 2 families the May Bridge in the Vallejo house. Saying that the communication with diego was very good, on arrival they were waiting for us to explain everything. The area is super well connected, there is a very nice walk through the village and the river saja ideal for going with the dogs and the family. Diego left us recommendations for restaurants and areas to visit and we listened to him. All from 100! Definitely to be repeated. The house has all the amenities and very close there are a lot of super markets. Yes, check the opening hours on festive. In Madrid we are very poorly used to.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

The best part of the apartment? Pilar and her husband. Charming, attentive and available at all times. Any questions or needs we had were addressed immediately. The apartment is spacious and bright, and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In a super quiet area, and with parking at the door. We would repeat!

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-out time: it's usually at 12 noon and so there's more time to clean, but in this case it was at 11.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom is somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor without an elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The indoor parking is fine, but since there are no designated spaces during busy times such as summer or long weekends, you run out of space, and it is almost impossible to park outside. We went on a long weekend and it was already full, so in summer it can be crazy. I'd go back, but not in summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
