Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa de la Arena

Un très bel appartement (belle vue depuis le balcon) dans une belle résidence calme et sécurisée. Notre arrivée s'est faite par des instructions par qr code et une boîte à clé ainsi que notre départ. Lesley était réactive par message mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de la rencontrer. La piscine est très agréable, le stationnement se fait facilement dans la rue (période début mai). Beaucoup de restaurant à proximité avec ambiance village que nous avons adoré. Un petit supermarché à 5 mn à pied pour acheter lessive, papier toilette et tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne semaine ! A refaire ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir c'était magnifique !

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans leur logement : tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci à Dahiana pour ses explications très claires pour trouver l appartement et sa réactivité à nos questions .

Mein erstes Mal mit einem Van unterwegs und es war Super! Es ist zwar schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck! Genug Power um jeden Berg hochzukommen. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist so ziemlich alles drin was man braucht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach Top! Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Die Unterkunft sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern, wirklich magisch! Selten eine Unterkunft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail bewohnt! Super sauber und auch mit alle ausgestattet! Javier selbst ist super unterstützend und war sofort erreichbar, auch abends - danke!

Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, da man abgelegen auf einem Berg wohnt. Im Haus selbst ist noch eine Unterkunft, die war während unserm Besuch nicht belegt. Küchenutensilien vorhanden , aber man muss sich alles an Gewürze/Öl besorgen. In der Anzeige stehen 2 Einzelbetten + Schlafcouch , ist aber 1 Doppelbett + Schlafcouch. Ist nicht wirklich groß, geht aber voll klar. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, muss hier her kommen. Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Nächte dort, empfehlen es absolut weiter

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy plaży, w okolicy market, sklepy z pamiątkami i restauracje, kawałek dalej Los Gigantes. Apartament czysty i przestronny, wewnątrz znajdowało się wszystko czego potrzeba. Nasz pobyt był bardzo komfortowy, jesteśmy zadowoleni!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Es gab einen kleinen Willkommens Gruß (Wasser, Wein und Pralinen). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar und sehr gut sortiert. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben 14 Tage wie auf Wolken geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage tut ein übriges um sich wohl zu fühlen. Handtücher war mehr vorhanden als wir brauchten. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist nicht zu toppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr saubere, ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick und beruhigendem Meeresrauschen vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und speditiv. Sehr gerne buchen wir diese Wohnung auch im kommenden Jahr wieder.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Gut möblierter Balkon mit überwältigendem Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!!! Sehr guter Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite (20 m).

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, and even beach gear—it truly felt like home. The apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the terrace was perfect for enjoying dinner with a view. Despite us not being the perfect guests (we accidentally forgot the keys once), the hosts were incredibly kind and helped us immediately. Their hospitality was exceptional. The location is ideal—close to supermarkets, the beach, and great restaurants. The city itself is absolutely stunning. There was also a really nice pool, which we only used once because there was so much else to do, but it was a great bonus! I’ve been visiting Tenerife for years, and this is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Wir waren letztes Jahr in der Nähe, aber diese Wohnung hat zwar die gleiche unglaubliche Aussicht, hat aber den sehr großen Vorteil, dass von der Seite, von der der Wind kommt eine schützende Wand, aber mit superschönem Fenster ist. Unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz in der Wohnung war eindeutig die Terrasse. Danke euch beiden auch für eure Flexibilität beim Check out. Ich hoffe, wir können bald wieder kommen. DANKE!

Todo fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y exactamente como en las fotos. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Staying at Daniel’s beautiful apartment was an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. Christian a été très proactif pour nous envoyer les instructions et de bonnes adresses. La vue est très sympa. L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, le canapé a été changé 🙂 Très bien équipé, machine à laver et lave vaisselle avec doses, très appréciables. À savoir, l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Les environs sont très calmes, mais l'insonorisation dans la résidence est assez légère, on entend facilement les voisins. Je pense que nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de chance, mais le ciel était toujours couvert avec pas mal de vent (début juin), alors qu'en faisant 30min de voiture, on retrouvait le soleil et la chaleur. La ville est assez petite et peu animée, pour les personnes souhaitant du calme, c'est très bien, sinon il vaut mieux faire un peu de voiture pour visiter les environs. À 1h-1h20 des randonnées du Teide, à 1h de los Gigantes et de Puerto de la Cruz, l'emplacement est bien si vous aimez bouger 🙂
