Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa de la Arena

A very nice apartment (beautiful view from the balcony) in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. Our arrival was made by instructions by qr code and a key box as well as our departure. Lesley was responsive by message but we didn't get a chance to meet her. The pool is very nice, parking is easy on the street (early May period). Lots of restaurants nearby with village vibe that we loved. A small supermarket 5 minutes walk away to buy laundry detergent, toilet paper and all the essentials to have a good week! To be back! We hope to be able to come back it was beautiful!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The place looks even better than in the pictures, really magical! Rarely have I stayed in a place with so much attention to detail! Super clean and also equipped with everything! Javier himself is super supportive and was immediately available, even in the evening - thank you!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation that was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who want to have their peace must come here. There were two of us there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, and even beach gear—it truly felt like home. The apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the terrace was perfect for enjoying dinner with a view. Despite us not being the perfect guests (we accidentally forgot the keys once), the hosts were incredibly kind and helped us immediately. Their hospitality was exceptional. The location is ideal—close to supermarkets, the beach, and great restaurants. The city itself is absolutely stunning. There was also a really nice pool, which we only used once because there was so much else to do, but it was a great bonus! I’ve been visiting Tenerife for years, and this is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Incredible location in Los Gigantes with an unforgettable view! We absolutely loved being here - the scenery is stunning, and having access to both pools was a huge plus. The apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly. Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed. 🙂 Very well-equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The area is very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I don't think we were very lucky, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while 30 minutes away by car, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1-1.20 hours from Teide hikes, 1 hour from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂
